Best WLM Reviews
Our server Nina was really great to us. So greatful for her, we'll definitely come back again!
Food was mid.
I frequent Chili's and decided to switch it up for lunch... chili's has better deals, the burgers are better, the pricing is better, and the drinks are better...
I ordered the 2 for 29 and my medium sirloin looked like a well done burger patty. Nothing like the photo in the menu. My husband's burger was eh. And we felt we spent more here and got less than chili's 3 for 10.99 deal..
I'd only go back for half price apps.
Our server tara was fantastic, the food came out at a good time and that happy hour deal was great! 10 / 10 service!!
The service was outstanding and the prices are on-point. Our server, Angela was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations and attention to detail, as she multi-tasked, was exceptional. Great staff support (Bianca). I can't wait to return!
I normally don't do Applebee's but my mom chose it today. I must say that this time I really enjoyed everything from the staff to the food. Al was my server and he nailed it all. I never had to ask for a refill and the food came out perfectly and right on time as we finished each course. I would go back and ask for Al again.
Greeting from host was good friendly.
Our server wasn’t very excellent and friendly on top of our order had things ready and prepared quick for us they had a special going on and he kept it coming if you would say.
I forgot his name but he was one of the best servers I ever got in that place.
Food was delicious and hot cooked on point.
Clean table and area.
The server needs more practice. She doesn't check up on our drinks. We asked for a box to go it took her an hour to bring us one. Ordered a steak medium and it came out well done twice. Brings refills while we were 15 min done eating. Waiting for the check and she doesn't approach the table. I could walk out right now because it's taking too long and it's a party of 7
The food was fine and was brought out quickly. What ruined it for us was our waitress. She made a mistake and rung up my cheeseburger as a bacon cheeseburger which was 1 dollar more and charged us for her mistake. Bacon was hard and I purposely left it on the plate for her to see that I didn't eat it and she still charged me for it. Also my sons asked to substitute their coleslaw for fries and she did so without mentioning it was an extra charge. No offense to anyone but I thing she was high. She didn't smile once. It just seemed like she was very absent-minded.
