We were traveling and ordered dinner online. A large order 4 adults and 2 children. Set to be picked up 10 minutes before close on 11/19/24. We picked up and took to our hotel after driving for 12 hours that day. Ready to sit down and have dinner at 10:30pm. I didn’t except the food to be exceptionally fresh seeing as we ordered it for pick up right before closing. What I did expect was for everything we ordered to be in the bags. Fail. An entire entree missing. So someone didn’t have dinner (me the mother). No one could share because mom has allergies. I tried to call but the store closed at 10:30pm so I didn’t expect anyone to answer after hours.
I called the next morning and we were already on our way by the time you opened. I spoke to a “manager” who first asked if we had called when the mistake was discovered. We did but there was no answer that’s why I called when you opened. She apologized for us not receiving the food that was paid for. She took my name and address (I live in another state) and stated she would send a gift card. That card can be used at any location. I was fine with that. It’s been more than 2 weeks and I’ve not received anything in the mail or even a call. So Applebee’s took funds for a product not provided. I don’t usually write a negative review. However this location doesn’t seem to think they should be truthful and make a mistake right. I hope you don’t do this regularly to your customers. Next time we come through your city we will most certainly not be coming to this location.

Charged me 50 bucks for 10 wings and a beer.. I thought I was at empower field.
Don't quite get how a one person order gets that out of wack.
Hence a 10 % tip, treat your customers how you want . Food for thought
They were fairly busy. Service was fine, but not super attentive. We had a missing item from our order. No one checked back with us until the end of the meal. The food was good.
Placed an to go order. Ribs where under cooked and tough. Friend ate a few bites and threw them in the trash. He got sick on them . the next day and had to spend the morning in the restroom. He received his sides . They Left off the butter topping from my shrimp and chicken . They did not give me my side of mashed potatoes. Would not go to this location . Buyer beware if I could give a lower score I would. Management has not called me back to discuss this matter 3 days later and still waiting!!!!
Service needs A LOT of work. I’d understand if they were busy, which was not the case when we were there. Staff bickering and yelling at each other, taking food to the wrong tables… Long wait times for order to be taken, no refills, extended wait time to get to go boxes and the check and your payment method back. Very minimal lighting, we had to ask to switch tables when the table we were sat at did not even have a working light above it that would stay on.. seems to be continued issues each time we eat here, have never had better or even “good” service it’s either been okay or poor.
Not up to Applebee's usual standards. We ordered the 2 for $25. The salad was just barely acceptable. The table had no silverware, and I asked twice. It was delivered, and then the fork disappeared with the mostly uneaten salad.
My partner said the men's room was messy. The ladies' room had a stall door that did not lock and an uncovered switch plate.
We ordered 2 meals, no substitutions, yesterday for curb side. Pick up time was for 3:26pm. After checking in and them confirming they saw us, we waited 20 min past check time before we asked for our order. Server was rude and said “I have no idea. It’s not my problem.” Food was cold and overcooked.
Great family restaurant. Ok pricing. Loved the Fiesta Lime Chicken
