Applebee's is far down the list of my family's favorite places. Between being not such a hot menu and some outdated business model. There's something that seems old outdated about the place. The food isn't bad, but it also isn't something you're going care to remember. Our experience happened at the busiest of times. Saturday evening at 6pm. They were not even close to being filled to capacity like Famous Dave's or Texas Road house. Our waitress was excellent, and we did eat and fill our basic needs, but I probably wouldn't have a return trip in the future anytime soon. I would say if you're in a spot and need somewhere, that is definitely going to be easy in and out. This is your place.

Food and drink:
The food itself was average. I gotten the wanton chicken tacos, where a very good appetizer. Then I ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The dish was very bland. Needed more salt. Kinda dry, and the sauce was a bit like plaster. I ordered a beer and water. There is nothing really to talk about there.
Service:
The waitress was very nice and friendly. The service was slow. Drink refills did not really happen, only when asked when she brought the entree.
Atmosphere:
The dining area can get very loud. The table was kinda sticky.
Horrible service! Waited over 10 minutes for a carside order, went inside waited another 5, was ignored when asked for help. Broccoli I received was black on bottom, fries were cold and chicken had hard pieces in it. Most of it went in the trash!
Chicken Caesar salad was sub par (wilted lettuce). The prime rib sandwich was decent, but it had several charred crunchy bits in it from the grill which overpowered the sandwich. The mozzarella sticks were great and the taco appetizer was very good.
Pick up time was 8 pm, sat patiently waiting, at 8:30 I called to ask how much longer, manager started the new person put the order in the wrong place and she'd bring it out. Well needless to say everything was fine cold! Will not be going back to this location.
The place is OK, but like many other places, the service can range from very good to bad. I don't like the boneless wings here.The other things are edible, but the price-performance ratio isn't always right and it varies. The waitress at the bar named Taylor is very nice and even when she is having a bad day she smiles. Only because of her I gave for service 4 stars instead of 2
I went in for a quick bite to eat and Jessica took wonderful care of us. Very attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed before our dinner came out. Great personality. Will definitely be back to see Jessica.
We have a large family so a large order. The staff was on top of everything. The food was great and in a timely manner. Our server, Mackenzey, did an amazing job. Overall we had a great time.
