The food was so good. Very delicious! The staff was very friendly and attentive. We got our food quickly. All was well, except i had to fight the flies buzzing around my table and food i could not eat comfortably or in peace. There were 2 of them. There are plenty of parking spots. $34.00 for 2 people. Server Zackery was a sweet heart. Very good server!
The wait for the entree was a little long but we were seated pretty quickly. Our drinks arrived quickly and orders were taken just as quickly. My ticket ordered mozzarella sticks and they were awesome. My friends ticket ordered the chips and queso, they said the chips were extremely salty but she replaced them swiftly.
We waited a while for our entree but the wait was worth it. Our meal arrived sizzling and gorgeous. The chicken was tender and moist, shrimp cooked to perfection. My potatoes were a bit over cooked but baby's were cooked right.
We were stuffed but I ordered dessert and it tasted just as good as it looked. The especially drink was delicious as well. Through it all, our waitress kept our drinks refilled on time and kept the empty dishes of the table. She was courteous and helpful.
Overall, we had a great experience and plan on returning for more meals in the future.
Fantastic date night! Matthew speedily and happily greeted us at the door and promptly showed us to our table. Viri, the server, did an amazing job with fast and accurate service with a smile. She made sure everything was right and that we had what we needed. Excellent service! We spoke with the manager (Megan), regarding the exceptional service, and she was also a delight to interact with. The food is good, but the employees attitudes are phenomenal. We will be back for more great customer service! Thank y'all!
We saw that they were having a free meal for Veterans for Veterans Day from a special menu. One of the choices was a 6 oz steak. So many Veterans came they ran out of steaks. However my husband chose shrimp. It was OK, but this is not a seafood place. I chose chicken and and penne pasta. Very good and the garlic bread melted in your mouth. In the past I did not like Applebee's food. They have upped their game and we are going back. Open until 11 pm. Wait staff was very nice.
Went here after lunch hours so it was not busy. Im a police officer so I work odd hours is why it was an odd time. Went in and no waitress came. The bar tender finally sat us and got our drinks as it looked like she was having to assist tables as well. Then we did not get any other service. We watched one server spill a trey of drinks, and the mess was left on the floor for at least 10-15 mins and was still there when we left. After at least 25 minutes without our order even being taken, I just went to the bar and asked to pay for our Dr. Peppers so we could leave. The lady who I assume was the manager walked over and asked why I was leaving and I told her because itd been at least 25 minutes and no one had taken our order. She then just turned around and started looking for someone I guess. No other words or comments. The bar tender was amazingly sweet and kind. She was not at fault as she had already done more than she needed to by sitting us and getting our drinks. The manager didn't even apologize or anything. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bar tender was great, and the food is good if you get it. I wont be back.
Unfortunately , as much as I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Against my better judgment, I returned after saying I would never...last time I went the food came out cold and every plate was 20 minutes apart. Well,this was no exception. When we got there ,we seemed to be headed in the right direction... was seated almost right away...great!! Wasn't shortly after that we ordered drinks, nice!! 20 minutes later our waitress walks by our table and sees us and says, " oh!! They're still making your drinks!..." 1 water, 1 lemonade 1 sprite.
I say ok, no problem...5 minutes later here comes the drinks. My lemonade was water with a lemon squeeze..clearly not LEMONADE...OK NO WORRIES...I kindly just ask for water because that makes me realize they don't have lemonade. No biggie...then 2 of our 3 plate come out (burgers w/fries) ...my meat was raw.... I tried to eat it...but it was just too much...I asked our waitress for our silverware and napkins..which we should have had on our table when we got there, but ok... well... when our 3rd dish came out about 35 minutes later I was upset ....one dish was finished, one raw and un eaten a last person left to eat alone...I ask for a to go plate for the last dish and kindly spoke to our waitress telling her how disappointed I was in our visit there. She had mentioned that they were busy...this and that...but truth is they dropped the ball from the very beginning and all night. Maybe I was that one.. but I really don't think so with our previous history. So needless to say, we won't be going back . Which sucks because our town has nothing and nowhere to eat...so we are limited. But, you live and learn, I guess. Hopefully that establishment can pull it together. I don't care how busy or how this or that... good service is in the little things like promt drinks, napkins, silverware, quick table visits to check on the customers.... change is inevitable, growth is optional.
I sat alone at the bar having a drink and grazed on my appetizer of spinache and artichoke dip in a creamy sauce with tortilla chips. It was delicious. I enjoyed a cocktail as I relaxed. After some time I ordered the shrimp and grilled chicken breast to go as I had demolished the appetizer. I don't think I'll be ordering the same entree any time soon it was a wonderful meal however I'm more of a steak person. The meal came with potatoes which were very pleasing. I enjoyed my dining experience here in Mt Pleasent and do recommend it.
I had Fiesta lime chicken and it was good as always, but my company did not enjoy. The steak was rather flavorless and the chicken Alfredo had a strange texture and was very watery and bland. Our server started out alright but seemed to be staring at one of the ladies and she was uncomfortable. After receiving our food we sat for a long time waiting on the ticket and had to get another server to retrieve it. Server did not check on us one time and everyone's drinks had run out.
