My husband and I went to Applebees for dinner. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. The food was really good. Our waitress checked on us regularly and even the manager came to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. It was very nice to get treated this way. We plan to come back.
I placed an Uber order tonight and after receiving it I was disappointed right away. The drink that was included in a kids meal was not delivered. When I grabbed my burger the bun was so soggy due to how greasy the patty was that it fell apart when I touched it. I asked for a well done patty and after several bites I looked down and not only were the fries covered in grease from my dripping burger, the patty was raw. The amount for each item is ridiculously expensive only to have such terrible quality. I was unable to continue eating my almost $20 burger after seeing all the bright pink. I’m very disappointed.
Service was great. Believe her name was Jessica. Food was pretty good. Came during Happy hour. No real complaints. Atmosphere was a little weird, but I think that may have been the other customers there at the time. ????
We had an Awesome birthday dinner for my husband, at the South Commercial Street Applebee's, in Salem, tonight! The Holiday combos are the bomb! We had the Blackened Cajun Salmon combo and the Sirloin steak combo. So Yummy! Lots of Delicious food on the plates, cooked and seasoned to perfection! Kudos to the chef! The service was so good, too! Kudos to Kate, our server! We literally had just been brought our drinks and the food came within 5 minutes! I highly recommend this Applebee's! Five stars! ????????????????????????????
The food was good. We had a big table and that’s always difficult. I had the chicken and Mac and cheese. It was tasty. Mine was a tad dry. But everyone got their food and seemed pleased. The service was excellent. Never saw a bottom on glass. Always very accommodating to everyone needs. No Senior menu. But seniors get 10% off.
Was a nice way to end date night with some delicious desserts. The staff is always friendly and I've seen them go above and beyond many times to help out customers.
Took our toddler out for a family dinner and had a great experience at this Applebees, thanks in large part to our server, Spencer. Spencer was so thoughtful about and interactive with the little one which made dining out easy and enjoyable! We were thankful!
Applebee's is generally pretty dependable for food, but their Asian chicken sandwich had a bit too much sauce for my taste. The flavor of the sauce was just a bit off. I may have preferred a straight up teriyaki sauce or possibly sweet Thai chili sauce. We also had the fish and chips, but they were a tad bit overcooked. The kid's chicken Alfredo is always a hit. Our server was attentive as she checked on us several times and was friendly.
