We love coming to Applebee’s every weekend. Probably will not be returning after this last experience. Chicken tasted burnt and my onions and mushrooms had a hair on it. Ordered more drink and the waiter forgot maybe? Because she was trying to give me the check already. Paid full all my food and took my loss. Maybe it was a new cook idk
Applebees is our new place to go, for some cheap drinks and the food is actually good. The workers were so friendly and ready to help. Try this place out for specials on food and drinks
Tried going on Halloween for a bite around 8:15. We were sat fairly quickly, but then nobody came to the table. There was one waitress in our section and two in the section next to us. A party got sat on the other side of us after we did and were helped within a few minutes. We waited about 15 minutes before I went up to ask the host if he knew who our server was. He didn’t seem sure who it was or where they were. We left disappointed. I understand it was busy, but a simple, “I’ll be right there, one moment” would have been enough to keep us there.
The greeter/waitress was going to seat the only AA couple in the restaurant by the restrooms initially. I had to refuse that seating. Then she was apparently offended that I ordered my bacon cheeseburger with no cheese, because she kept saying it sarcastically. No worries. I'll NEVER return.
Came in tonight with the family. Claire was an awesome waitress and would recommend her to everyone dinning in but wasn’t impressed with the manager. Made a big deal over nothing just because I wanted to add a shot of patron to a drink. “Oh it’s to hard” “it’s to difficult to ring up all the different items” “I don’t know if the recipe will work with a different tequila” really?? Disappointed in management but everything else was good !! Food and the waitress were good but not manager !!
Sub par service, bland food & they were out of the breadsticks. And what on earth is wrong with their restrooms? 2nd time here and the restrooms stunk of septic both times horribly!! Maybe this is why there were only 2 families eating during busy hours. Gross!
Well I had 2 get this dish simply because the mac n cheese doesn't come without bacon. I asked 4 no mushrooms. I got em anyway. There's no kind of table bread here. They charge per slice 4 garlic bread. It's literally white bread, toasted, with some kinda garlic spread.
The gentleman that greeted us was very kind and made me feel welcomed. My friend had the 8oz steak and I had the southwest bowl, it was delicious!
