Applebee's is tired. Tired like an ol' Donkey. Salad was plenty for a house salad but the ingredients standard chain restaurant quality. On par with lettuce in a bag. The ribs were a little tough and the steak a very tough cut. Quite chewy on both cuts of meat. That all said. 2 dinners with tip for under 40 bucks. If this food is satisfying to you, the price is right for sure.
Pretzel and beer cheese! Omg..! So hot ,fresh delicious, still thinking about it.. Server was very nice and made sure we had what we wanted.. she was very Kid friendly as well! Over the top!
We went here for Thanksgiving. Much to our surprise the menu was extremely limited. You could get chicken strips or hamburger, hamburger, hamburger, hamburger any type of hamburger. The waitress was not very nice and or friendly. She never offered a drink refill or dessert. She never let us order our food as we wanted. She told us that we can only have one side that was not true. I love Applebee's but I would not recommend it for a holiday.
Went here for Thanksgiving. The only thing you could get to eat was chicken breast tenders or various hamburgers. Service wasn't great. Waitress didn't come back and check on us. She didn't even offer dessert. The food was good but I wanted to make a substitution. The waitress forbid it. I looked around only to see that other people had the same substitution I wanted to do. She never come back and offered a drink refill. She didn't bring me back
the right drink at which I didn't say anything. I attribute this to good help sure is hard to find these days. I will have to rethink next year's plans.
We ordered a pick up order today through the Florence location. We received a text and app update stating our order was ready. This was at 4:26pm. We completed the steps in the app/link to inform them we were there and waiting (4:15pm). When 4:26pm rolled around it was radio silent. I thought I’d give them some time as maybe they were slammed. 4:45pm rolled around, my husband calls the restaurant (he’s at home, I have 3 toddlers in my car). They inform him it’s ready and will be right out. 5pm I called and was hung up on. At this point I just wanted to be refunded. Luckily for me there were the sweetest ladies in the car next to mine waiting who helped me with my kids so I could try and remedy this situation.
5:05pm I spoke to the GM Tim who was absolutely zero help. He acted annoyed and inconvenienced that I was there.
If you read this far, I promise there is a reason I’m giving a review. Now this whole experience could have continued going sideways, but there was ONE manager that stepped in and took action. She was apologetic and owned up to her mistake. I was once a server I get accidents happen. It’s what you do afterwards that means the most. So with that thank you Kendall for going above and beyond for me. From apologizing to me, my kids and even walking out my food with me ensuring everything was good, looked good. That is all I could have asked for.
Was seated to a very sticky table. Instead of cleaning it the waitress gave us a kids coloring sheet so our arms didn't get stuck. Ordered food but couldn't tell if it was good or not. After waiting 40 minutes I walked out.
Ordered steak medium and was then shown a chart by the server that showed it as a warm red center. Yes, that's what I want. Apparently, they should be showing this to whoever is cooking in the back room. Steak came out well done. Caesar salad was good. The server did a great job.
Ashley, Destiny & Mike the Manager could not be more accommodating! Great staff & great service.
We are a few Canadian’s who just love a great pub & friendly people. Thank you very much!
