Serenity was so super sweet and helpful! There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the cook leaving my burger slightly undercooked and she took care of it so gracefully! She was also super considerate! Loved my service today!!
I’m not the biggest fan of AB In general as far as the food goes, but the appetizers will always be my “go to”. However they do have pretty good drinks. At my last visit, I thoroughly enjoyed my bartender Heather! She made great drinks. Her customer service and attitude were top tier. She was very friendly and personable, patient and accommodating (im very particular lol). I’ll most certainly be returning to visit my new favorite bartender!
We got cold food and just requested to remove the food since we took once bite and weren’t interested. There was frost on the noodles. The manager was yelling at our server in front of everyone asking what table and was being obnoxious and saying we aren’t getting away with getting a free meal honestly it was just embarrassing and I felt so bad for our server. I think the managers name was Sabrina ? I have our receipt and would love to chat to owners of this place because truly she treated the employees and guests so poorly. I had other tables ask us how bad it was going to be and was asking us what happened. We ended up even paying for a large portion of the food. Which we didn’t even mind but it was just poor service and frozen food. The manager really caught me off guard.
Serenity was great. Great multitasker, friendly, and kept us in rotation as she moved throughout the restaurant. Made the drink I needed which was superb.
Had lunch today with Sabrina as our server. I didn’t have to wait for my server one time. Glass stayed full as well as my stomach. Thanks for the good service and good, will definitely be back. One good quality I liked is that the manager came to the table to make sure that everything was good and no issues
It' is my first time here and the food was so good tonight. Taylor served us and despite being a party of 6, we were all so happy with her. . She is an amazing person. She made sure we were well taken care of and our food came out on time. She deserves a raise, please.
I was served at the bar by a server named Bri. She was super professional but also very down to earth. 11/10 service, never had to wait for refills or the occasional check ups servers typically do. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very clear and to the point when describing our possible choices of food/drink!
Wow, just wow! This was my first time dining at this Applebee’s location, and the service was absolutely outstanding. Our server, Bri, went above and beyond—anticipating our needs without us having to ask for a thing. She was prompt, attentive, and efficient, ensuring we had everything from refills to a to-go box and even the check without any reminders. On top of that, our food and drinks were absolutely delicious! A huge thank-you to Bri and the kitchen staff for making our visit such a fantastic experience.
