Very good staff work in this place! On October 28, in the evening, they came in, they wanted to buy tea and water with them, as they were in a hurry to take the bus. We got water and tea for free. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff! We will definitely be your guests. I turn to the management, praise the staff and the girl who brought us water. This is important, it gives positive emotions towards your place. Thank you.
This location is always a great place to stop and eat. We usually stop by and eat after going to Cherry Hill mall. The servers are always friendly and you can’t beat the food for the price. This is definitely one of the better Applebee’s locations.
Came for a quick bite and a drink with my bff. The service was a bit slow for it to be so early in the afternoon with not many people there. Our server kept disappearing and forgetting things we asked for several times. Maybe just an off day, but the appetizer sampler we ordered was great and the perfect margarita is always a fave for me.
I’ll first start off with my server she was awesome her service was very sweet, kind and helpful.now I ordered a 3cheese penne with a side of green beans,, my food came out extremely cold the cheese was hard & cold, chicken was cold with no flavor, green beans were dry with no flavor and beans were hard to chew from it being under cooked. Sucks to put a complaint in but the manager was very nonchalant about it.
We took our grandson to Applebee’s because it’s his favorite spot for wings!???????? He loves Applebee’s wings!???????? My 10-year-old grandson ordered steak and wings! He LOVED every bite!
Everyone enjoyed their meal except me because I didn’t order my burger right!???????? I’m a big burger LOVER and I always order my burger well but not burned.???????? I did get a well burger but very very well and dry.???????? I didn’t complain and never send my food back for a replacement. However, they have excellent customer service and a manager was doing his rounds and stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal saw my uneaten meal and asked about it. I told manager Rob why I couldn’t eat it and how I had ordered it. He then began to tell me that at Applebee’s they do burgers pink or no pink. If I had ordered a no pink burger it would have come out well and juicy!???????? So I got a good lesson and learning experience on how to order my next burger from Applebee’s!????????
The manager then graciously offered to bring me a new burger and I refused because my family had finished eating their meals. He insisted and wanted to make my experience at Applebee’s a good one and said just take it home with you!????????????????
The new burger no pink burger was perfect, beautifully done, cooked to perfection, juicy and tasted delicious!!
When I got the check the manager had removed my meal from the bill!???????????????????????????????????? WOW!!!???????? I never expected that because I never asked for that to happen!!???????????? This was definitely EXCELLENT customer service!!! Thank you manager Rob!!????????????????????????

My time in Applebee's was great, I love the space and staff. The Neighborhood Burger was an incredible meal, and Triple Chocolate Melt was good too. The meal was made fast and lemonade was so good. I can't wait to come back and eat something else off the menu. Serena is a gentle waitress and always looking out. I also went to Applebee's for my high school graduation last year. It's sad they took down the karaoke box, I love putting in songs for the restaurant. I also work in the restaurant industry and know how restaurants work. (Except for the tablets you see on table.)
Great place for our girl's day out. Applebee's has stepped up their game and I'm impressed. The wonton chicken tacos were delicious as was the caeser salad. The strawberry colada was so yum. I recommend highly for a nice lunch or dinner.
The incompetence and negligence at this restaurant truly know no bounds. Not only were we subjected to excruciatingly long wait times between all you can eat meals, a disgustingly filthy chandelier hanging over our food, empty drinks for the majority of our visit, a hair found in the bottom of our salad, and a manager who couldn't be bothered to step in until prompted multiple times, but when she finally did intervene, she only brought out two out of the four meals we had ordered directly with her.
This level of incompetence is beyond belief. How can a manager fail so spectacularly at their job, especially after being made aware of the numerous issues we were facing? It's clear that customer satisfaction and basic service standards are completely foreign concepts to the staff and management at this establishment.
I implore anyone considering dining at this restaurant to run in the opposite direction. The sheer lack of competence and care exhibited by the staff and management is inexcusable. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and choose a dining option that values their customers. This restaurant is a disaster in every sense of the word.
