Came in around 7pm on a Saturday. Got a table quick. The server was very attentive. She helped my wife with a virgin drink and had options. Our cups never were empty very long before she came back with a refill. The food came out hot and not over cooked. The kiosk to pay was easy and forward. Will be coming back.
Not rating the food here. Just the service… They get star because they seated our family… but then no one came to serve us after that. I went and grabbed a couple of kids menus. They never brought us water. After 15+ minutes of waiting, we left. None of their staff said anything to us. Ironically, we did notice through the window outside that someone was cleaning up our table after we had left.
The food was absolutely delicious! I had the double loaded mashed potatoes, bourbon chicken and won ton tacos. I highly recommend all three. Jose and Tammy's customer service and attention to detail were on point! The restaurant was super cold though, especially considering that it's already October.
Absolutely terrible experience! Food too extremely long (30 mins) while being one of two tables in the restaurant. The other table being five adults and four screaming kids. Server was clueless and had no help from manager, forgot an appetizer, forgot to take drink off tab, didn't understand my coupon, overall regret the money even spent and want a refund immediately
I was here with my family and my girlfriend celebrating my birthday on last Tuesday the 21st. The food was great and the service was excellent. I live very close to this Applebee's location and the prices are very reasonable and the portions are filling. This was a very special occasion for me and my family. On my latest visit for Mother's Day I was with my lovely parents again at the Happy Valley, Oregon location. I had the delicious French Onion soup, and a crispy Ceasar salad. Both were superb
Applebee's NOT like before. The half rack ribs I ordered was burnt and hardly any meat on it. But the BBQ Chile sauce was good. It was disappointing. Do not recommend this rib dinner.
Saving grace: our server Autumn and manager Jason. Food was disappointing. My burger was so raw that they prepared it for me again. I don't care for the charred bacon exterior with quite pink interior. Even the redo was pink in places while being charred on outside. It's probably the bacon they press into the meat.
As a treat for our less than satisfactory experience. Matey was near done when I had only begun. One small desert was offered as consolation. We chose the ice cream. Did I mention fries weren't hot? I didn't complain on that.
I knew it was going to be poor choice as a gluten free place but it wasn't even an okay regular place. Not our desired cafe as these chains concentrate on alcoholic beverages and bar food a la Sysco.
It is what it is. This location felt well worn with a "Cheers" sort of ambiance. We are not from the hood so left knowing we will try out some place else next time we're in the area at gotta eat lunch time.
Food was delicious
The drink was good but it didn't taste like it had alcohol in it
