OMG! When we sat down the waitress asked for drinks we ordered from the bar. Before she left the table to get out cocktails she discussed her family business and Oh WOW! Before she left the table to get our drinks we knew that her mom and Dad died, she wasn't close to her siblings, she survived cancer twice, amongst other issues... What were we to do with this information. Not to make like if her situation but as a paying consumer that wasn't ready, that was a burden. Of course she messed up on the cocktail order and what she did bring us was so blain I thought we ordered frozen fruit drinks instead of cocktails (shame on bartender) we were in no position to help her and who knew that was the bargaining chip to sit in there and eat. The restaurant was empty and a table of 4 was seated within arms reach of us with empty tables throughout the entire restaurant. What an experience for real. Sorry, not sorry will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT APPLE BEES! ☹️ Consumer be burden... Wow and it was only 2 of us and meal and drinks were over $75 regretted it!!
The spinach was SOOOO good but honestly they give you a freaking ton of chips and a really tiny bowl of dip. For the cost, I world have expected more spinach dip. Not really big enough to share, but it WAS good!! Also, their shrimp pasta is wonderful. All of the food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be returning ering soon. Just a note: we really wish you had cheesecake ????
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mary at Applebee’s, and I can confidently say she’s one of the best! Mary went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly memorable. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that were spot on. Her positive attitude and warm smile made us feel so welcome.
The level of care and professionalism she displayed is rare and deserves recognition. If you’re dining at Applebee’s, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Mary as your server. She’s a true asset to the team!
Our waitress was outstanding. She was doing 3 jobs , waiting on tables, the bar and take out , and she was still positive. I hope that she has a wonderful Christmas.
Mary W was my waitress and she was amazing!!! I ordered the salmon , mashed potatoes and broccoli and it was very tasteful!! I enjoyed every bit of her service and time. I will be returning and will be asking for her again.
On August 11th (late afternoon), the restaurant was not packed. Yet, the service was slow / awful. The Staff was more interested in talking to each other and not the customers. People were waiting to be seated (10 minutes). Waiting 25 minutes on drinks (adult beverages). And we waited 15 minutes for the waitress to come back so that we could pay. Finally, we were able to come up with enough cash so we left the money on the table and walked out.
Came with family and my meal (a cheeseburger that I order the same time as everyone else) did not come out until after my family had completed their meals and received desserts. One of my family members also did not receive her alcoholic beverage (ordered when we first arrived) until after the appetizers and meals arrived. The manager was very kind and helpful with the situation and even comped my meal, but I honestly can’t say I’ll be back.
Mary is a wonderful server, very kind and patient. So understanding. Quick with bringing things out to the table and cups were always full. Love her energy as well. ????
