Me and my wife came in on Saturday night. It was her birthday. Our server was Sheldon. He had a great energy and presence about him. He was very tentative and treated us very well. Made my wife feel special for her birthday. For a person who is new at serving he did an amazing job. We will be back and hopefully he’s working. Thank you Sheldon
(7/13/24) Every time we go to Applebee's it is something. Service food somebody acting like an idiot in the restaurant. Hopefully with the new ownership it will change the culture and things will get better. Last night our food was great our service was meh (which it was a hard night for the servers because it was a Saturday night and their bar is currently closed because the new liquor license hasn't been issued yet)
This place is improving! Everything was good the service was on point!!
We attended the Veteran’s Day Appreciation promotion. Our sever was Brandy and she did an outstanding job! She was courteous, kept us abreast of our order, and our grandchildren stated that she was nice.???? Considering the event, our meal was delicious and we received it in a timely manner. Again, kudos to Brandy!
Google responder, please actually review the feedback, the standard bot responses to copy and paste the link into a browser is not personal and allows the folks sharing their experience to think you don’t take the feedback seriously and frankly just not good brand representation.
Let’s start off with the smell, it is musty and stuffy which is extremely unwelcoming! The inside could benefit from closing for a full week to deep clean, it’s just pure nasty, baseboards included. The atmosphere doesn’t deserve any stars. I don’t have enough time or space to address the restroom conditions.
Staff was unbothered and seemingly would’ve loved to be elsewhere. Food was not even subpar at best.

Excellent service. Shannon was a great server who went above and beyond for me and my family. she was super sweet and was on top of getting refills without me needing to ask.
Service was great, food was delicious and beer was ice cold. New owners are doing good at trying to get the establishment back to where it needs to be.
My husband, I and my parents in law visited there tonight . We ordered our food and when it was brought out to our table, everything was bad. Steak was ordered well done, it was raw! Fiesta lime chicken was raw, burger was ordered without cheese, cheese leftovers from scraping it off still on the burger( husband is highly allergic to cheese) .Boneless chicken wings were hard as a rock ????!! We called our server over( he was a sweetheart, Quan) asked if I could get my chicken put back in the oven, he took it,brought it back 4 minutes later,it was cold and just cut around and re-covered with cheese. My fil asked if he could have his steak pu back and cooked,was told the manager will come. It took the manager Renee 30 freaking minutes to come to our table ( it was not busy at all but she was talking on her phone) after my husband went and got her because she didn't come. She walked up with the biggest attitude and grabbed the food from underneath my Fil stomped off All we wanted was for our food to be finished cooking, no refund,no discount. We were not even mad or rude about it.Just fully cooked food. We will not be back for sure.
Shannon was very polite and quick with the food. Ite.s ordered were hot and tasty. Music was low so you could talk but loud enough to hear it if you preferred .
