Good family restaurant. Good location. Tonight the service was great. Applebee needs to train their waiters better to explain to customers about additional fees for extra bacon on burgers. Receipt didn't show it nor was explained. Very disappointing but that's EVERYWHERE now.
Service was subpar, but was doable food not for cheese macaroni chicken dry don’t know how they did this. They was out of ice cream out of broccoli just out of everything didn’t have queso didn’t have mozzarella for mozzarella sticks restaurant smelt like old people was an hour wait for food and drinks and they only had about six tables bartender talking to everybody about her life and.
Server forgot to give me my drink. Food was cold then she brought it in to go cup. The bread with the pasta was burnt and I didn’t even get mine. My friend got theirs, but I didn’t get mine. Will never come back to this Applebee’s ever again now I know why red lobster Applebee’s are all going out of business at this point.
I dont normally leave reviews for chain restaurants. But our service was so good today and the food was on point. Our servers name was Le'Roy. Looks like they were short staffed bc Le'Roy was the Host, Server, Bartender and sometimes more. The restaurant was packed but he didn't miss a beat. He was professional, courteous, patient and attentive.
Honestly worst customer service ever and food is DISGUSTING!!!! I received two orders of chicken Alfredo that was old and stale. As you can see in the picture, the pasta is old, hard and inedible. I called the restaurant immediately and asked for a manager. A manager comes on the phone, (doesn’t state his name) and I explained how I received old food and completely shocked. He states I need to call DoorDash bc they’re the one who delivered food and it’s probably just cold bc they delivered it late. I state that it’s not that the food is cold, it’s actually old food. The noodles are all hard and stale. Like how could his workers pack up food like this to deliver to myself and my children where we could get sick from the old food. He again states they did not pack old food and it’s just cold. I inform him I have pictures and going to report restaurant. He laughs, says ok and hangs up on me! So now am I not only out of dinner tonight but money as well bc Ubereats won’t refund me for the meal bc they said “they’re sorry the food is not to my liking!” ITS OLD FOOD THAT WAS DELIVERED!
APPLEBEES You need to retrain your managers and fire some of your cooking staff because who would just pack up old food to be served to a customer. It’s disgusting and shame on the manager who hung up on me. He could have done so much but instead he hung up on a customer with a real complaint about hazardous food!
I was very pleased. Robert was a 1-man show. He was really on top of it. He was our hostess, our bartender, and our waitress. I don't if they were understaffed or what. But, Robert did it all. Don't know his salary, but he is definitely underpaid.
But first time coming to Applebee's in Orlando and this location hit them now on the head. The one in my town doesn't even compare to this. Food was so good. I had to order another round of broccoli. That's how good it was. It melted in your mouth. It was delicious. Even my husband's food was delicious. And our server deserves a bigger pay raise. She was amazing. Her name is Chrissy. Go show some love. This place is awesome. Who ever cooked that food. You need a higher pay raise as well.
Applebee's was delicious, the other we made was made correctly. An the food was so tasty, you could lick your fingers ????. We ordered out and ate at the resort. The employee was so polite and friendly and everyone who passed me was polite. I just loved the Halloween Decorations ????.
Our server Chrissy was so nice! Very attentive, and very friendly. Always checked in on us and make sure everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend if you come and dine to request Chrissy. ????
