Went like 2 weeks ago but accidentally reviewed on my other account. Only reason food gets a 3 star was because my mash potatoes were cold and that’s my favorite part of the meal well really any kind of potato so it was just disappointing and the shrimp was kind of bland in flavor. Also the first drink was great perfect amount of alcohol but then the second one I got just tasted sweet like mostly syrup again a disappointment especially for what I’m paying for them.
Love the food, im always go for the salmon option, the service could have been better we had to wait at the begining to be notice by the waitress after they seated us. Music selection was not that good. The dessert was really good. It worthed the calories. ????
Place was empty at the time but with people at the bar and the servers failed to acknowledge us. Finally after about 7 mins a server helped us out. Her name was Grey ???? not only did she make up for the horrible service / no service when we walked in.
Food was brought out in a timely manner. Food was okay, nothing to complain about.
The dollar Margarita is as expected a dollar margarita.
As soon as she brought one i had to make sure to let my server know to bring you another one or order two at a time because they do take a while at the bar. Grey was on top of it! She is a wonderful server ☺️ definitely recommend requesting Grey as your server. I give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food and beverage were good. That brownie bite with ice cream is the perfect portion of this trying to NOT eat dessert. Server was covering too many tables, but she did her best.
My wife and I visited the establishment and she placed an order for classic wings with two different sauces. The server brought boneless plain wings with sauce on the side instead. My wife informed the server that the order was incorrect, and the server responded by stating that the kitchen was busy (despite the restaurant not being even half full). The manager then brought classic wings, but again with the sauce on the side and an unprofessional attitude. The service provided was severely lacking. It is evident why the servers do not prioritize customer satisfaction, as the management itself does not seem to value it either.
Absolutely a vibe coming here. Our server was very nice and was very welcoming. The 1$ zombie rum drinks are okay. Definitely need more than 2 next time ????????????

update*** Really enjoyed my meal tonight, thank you Applebee's crew. Good service, good food, good prices. The food was hot, tasty, & crunchy! I got a steak, perfectly seasoned & cooked the way I like it, the promo was add fried shrimp for $1. Totally worth it, got a handful of crunchy hot shrimp. Got the mixed drink $5 special, awesome! Great job all the way around!
Both meals were charred to nothing but hard bites. Burger and fries and bourbon chicken and shrimp. We used to love their food. We will never go back. That cook NEEDS to clean the grill slate DAILY! IT WAS DISGUSTING. It took forever to get food so we didn't want to return it. Never again!
