On an extremely busy Veterans Day I observed the entire Applebee's crew hustling hard and taking care of all diners equally. As a Veteran I enjoyed a free meal of sirloin steak, cooked to perfection, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasoned broccoli. I didn't need to add anything to my meal. It was incredibly delicious. Hats off to the entire crew!
me and family went here to eat and it took 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the entrance and sit people down. after we got sat down and we ordered it took about an hour for them to even tell us our food was done cooking then another 20 minutes to bring the food out. a burger we got looked undercooked and the cheese was halfway off the burger but the waitress and the person at the front were very nice and the drinks were good
Our waitress Teresa was wonderful. It may be some of the best service I've ever had. She was attentive, kind, and overall personable. It was a pleasure to dine here.
Had a birthday dinner with my mama. Drinks and food were really good. All of the staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, and sang a birthday song to her. I think she really enjoyed it. The portions were so large that we had to ask for to go boxes for the leftovers.
The waiter that we had happen to be a jerk I thought everything was going great. The food looked great. Everything came in timely manner, he decided that he would take it amongst his self to give his self a tip and I don’t care if it’s six dollars or $.75 don’t steal from customers. Some people are smart enough to notice so I hope what you decided to steal was worth it because your tip would’ve been a lot more this is the many reasons why people are in debate about tipping is because some waiters and servers do shady stuff So people I can’t say this enough make sure y’all get the right change back write down to the cent … and it’s your choice whether you tip or not it is not sure it is not somebody’s place to take what they want
i went here for homecoming and it was quite literally a wreck. i’m talking 15 open tables while they’re saying they “can’t seat us yet”. then we finally get seated and i kid you not, slowest waitress ever and when she finally hobbled out the kitchen the damn wings were cold. do NOT recommend.
I ordered curbside. The vegetables on my burger were completely soggy. I didn’t get the order of fries that were supposed to come with the burger. The boneless wings had garlic Parmesan sauce on ONE wing. The Mac and cheese was pretty much just noodles with the cheese and bacon only on the top rather than mixed in. The food overall was terrible. The service on the the other hand was great. The server that came out to my car was very sweet and friendly and brought my food out as soon as I pulled into the spot.
Our server, Brandi, was exceptional. She was at our table as soon as we were seated. She even remembered what we had ordered on previous visits.
