I've gotten chicken broccoli Alfredo and when I was putting my food in a to go box, I found a decent size black ant crawling on my food. When I told our waitress about it I said take it off the bill. The manager said, "that's not my business what's going on in the kitchen or goes in the food. You just lost our business
I came here for a cheat meal. I arrived around 3pm on a Saturday and it was slow, not many people. It still took about 30 minutes to get our food.
I ordered the chicken nachos and a patron margarita.
The nachos were so lack luster, tiny bits of cut up chicken. The guacamole looked like a sauce, with zero flavor. Everything was drowned in cheese. So I basically ordered cheese nachos.
The margarita was served in a martini glass, which is so annoying.
I won’t be coming back here, I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere.
We had a great time watching football while eating at the bar. No waiting and quickly served our food and drinks. We love the specials and great service from Adrian.
My friend asked for her salad without nuts. It came with nut, however, she didn't find out until she started eating the salad, too late. Thank God her allergy was mild, itchy throat, and not life threatening. The waitress took so long to return, the I had finished my meal and we were ready to go. They did make her a fresh salad to go as compensation.
The food was good, but that’s not why I’m doing this review. There’s a manager there named Shanti or Shontee (sorry I’m sure I’m spelling her name incorrectly) and she came up to our table, and I swear this girl just carries the light with her. Like a walking smiley face emoji. You just feel good when she comes around. I know this is a strange Review and I’ve never done one like this before, so I assume everyone loves her there. That’s probably why they’re all in a good mood. It always comes down to the manager, right
We came here for lunch at 1:15pm on a Thursday for lunch. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin and asked for medium rare. The steak came out medium well in the center, outer parts well done. It was seasoned okay, but due to how tough the meat was it was not pleasant. I also ordered boneless wings and those were good. Garlic mashed potatoes were decent. Service was sparse even though they only had 3 other tables seated at the restaurant. Drinks were rarely refilled. If there is another Applebee's within driving distance with a better rating, then go there instead.
The food was pretty tasty. Came out within 45 minutes and made accurately.
The service was slow, due to short staffing. They also charge you extra if you want a normal size saucecup of ranch instead of the tiny cup they default to now.
Overall, it feels overpriced for what you get. If you love Applebee's, than this is a good location. But with so much competition nearby, it's hard to recommend given the menu prices.
Godmother and I stopped and ate here before my late night shift. We did the specials on the back of the menu, she ordered chicken Alfredo, I ordered bourbon chicken. They did NOT disappoint! It was great, ambiance was nice, game was on, now was down. Servers great! You can still never lose with these guys, however happy hour has changed, well where I'm from the hours differ. 3-6 is Happy hour, we arrived around 7 or so! Food was great, she ordered alcoholic beverage, I tasted a swig, satisfactory! If you're not driving, let the bartender know!
Also came with appetizer, we ordered salads mine was too go!
