I feel pretty bad about complaining about a free meal for Veteran's Day, but the food and service were literally in the top 3 if not number 1 WORST I've ever had. I ordered my steak rare in hopes it would be close to medium rare. It came out medium well at best. The broccoli was completely undercooked and might as well have been served raw instead. The service matched. I sat at the bar because of time constraints and not once was I asked how my food was or anything. The server/bartender was more worried about checking her back pockets 97 times for some money she dropped apparently. By far the worst experience I've had at an Applebee's and probably the worst I've ever had. I didn't waste my time waiting for the $5 off card. And no manager was in sight whatsoever. I even told someone else don't waste their time ordering steak. I cut into, it, propped it up so the bartender could see it and waited 10 minutes before just eating it since it was free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location ever. Seriously, just go to McD's
We sat the at the bar. Initially we came in just for dessert, we were coming from diner that did not have any desserts. Ended up ordering the boneless chicken wings and 2 drinks and the chocolate dessert our bartender Rachel was very pleasant. We ended up staying for over an hour. The place was very clean & quiet. Definitely recommend going there
The ceaser salad had so much dressing it wasn’t edible. The shrimp fettuccine was so overcooked the noodles were mush. My sons Mac and cheese was dry, hard clumps. How hard is it to make Mac and cheese. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here or anywhere. The waitress was very sweet but we waited almost 15 minutes for her to come to the table and the place was empty. We had to get the hostess to even get our waitress. So disappointed. Won’t be coming back. Also if you notice they keep in dark in there because they don’t want you to notice the nasty ceiling
The food was excellent. The service wasn't too attentive. I think we saw our waitress 2 or 3 times. Otherwise, I had to hunt her down and we still gave a $10 tip. The atmosphere was a little bland as well. It seemed like everyone was stuck on zombie mode. I mean not many smiles from staff. It was just blah.
Rib tips sucked...I'll never order them again

I orders the mac and cheese with spicy chicken tenders. Well we are kosher so.no pork came with bacon. I didn't realize it came with bacon told my waitress she made it right no questions asked!!!!! She even knew what kosher was!!!!!!!
The waitress, Crystal forgot to put my friends order in and when she ordered another round of the all you can eat, she forget again. Meanwhile, the rest of our party sat there,finished and waiting. Finally she came out and said it would be another 15 mins before it came out. She offered to make a double order for her to take home but instead only gave her 5 boneless wings. To top it all off, when she gave my friend her ticket she asked my friend if she wanted change, my friend said no and Crystal just walked off without saying thank you or anything. The manager asked a few of us how everything was and when we let her know it was not a great experience she just ignored us and went on talking to other people. This was just this past Wednesday 8/7/2024. Pretty sad that at the very least, say sorry and take care of the bill. Terrible customer service. The restaurant also reeks terribly of raw sewage.
