Best WLM Reviews
When I received my order there were some items missing and a side of beer cheese was delivered with no beer cheese, but queso that was not ordered. I spoke with Rhonda, the manager who was absolutely amazing, efficient, and handled the problem. I have always learned Applebee’s and love them even more after dealing with Rhonda last night.
They got. Almost everything was wrong with our order. We go there a lot and this wasn't normal for them. But after paying over 100.00 for meals and not compensating us at all for all the mistakes, it maybe awhile before we go back.
I would not normally review or go to an Applebee's not my usual restaurant type.
The wait staff was great with us and attentive. The 2 for 25 portions are huge and the drinks were on 2 for 1 or special.
If someone is your party really wants to go to Applebee's this is probably the best one I have ever been in.
You get the promotion wings (50cent per wing) it doesn't come with ranch, you ask for ranch and they indeed tell me that these wings do not come with ranch. I mean come on guys, it's ranch, if you order wings you should get ranch or blue cheese without a question. That's like ordering a hot dog and you just get the bun and no hot dog. It's 2024. Let's put out that ranch out there.......
Other then that the wings were decent.
Actually just went in for a drink with a friend. Service was good as usual. They no longer have the bogo drinks now they have half off drinks. The drinks weren't the same they usually are stronger then they were the other night it didn't taste like there was any liquor in my drink which it's usually the opposite there's to much. It's still a good place to go for a bite n a quick drink. Maybe it was just an off night ,I'm going to go back n find out
My daughter’s fries had mold on them and drink tased like cleaner. Night crew should probably lay off whatever there on.
Kelly’s service and recommendations were spot on! The food was delicious and the manager is hard-working. I could see.
Our server, Sabrina, was very pleasant. She made my girlfriend’s experience over the top. We will certainly request her service again the next time we eat here.
