We waited for 10 minutes to be seated. The place was about dead had 4 staff members working no one came, they just looked at us! Our food came out wrong and we not given any silverware to use. We had to ask for silverware twice. Dirty dishes were left on the table. Worse service. My steak was to be medium well. It came out rare.
I had the quesadilla salad It was delicious the staff were really friendly they were very busy but they took great care of us, Mindy and Dani worked so hard, met the GM Miki very nice person, she worked hard too, great team work!
Had a take out order for 3 people. One was missing 2 items from what she ordered. 2nd one was missing 1 item and the 3rd one was a chicken tender salad. The chicken was so hard and over cooked, there was not chicken on the inside of the tender, wrong dressing and no breadstick. Had to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of our food and a new salad made and it was not a tender chicken salad, they now gave us a the grilled chicken salad. They got one thing right, the sent the correct dressing this time, still no breadstick. this was all blamed on the fact that they were super busy and they had a new girl in the kitchen that had only been there 2 days.
Wow. The worst service I have ever received from Applebee's! First our food come out at the same time as our app. And in the pic below is what came out. Would you eat the potatoes? I would not! And the green beans where grainy and had a bad after taste. We tried to tell the manager and she told us that the potatoes are always served like that and that is it perfect. Then just left. This was extremely upsetting. I have been to this same Applebee's at least onec in the past 5 months and the potatoes never look like that and the service has never bee this bad. I don't know what happened. I will not be going to an Applebee's for a long time
Had a great experience!! The food was great !! The atmosphere was amazing!! And the server was the best part of the experience great attitude and was there for anything I needed!! So if the manager reads this I think Melanie needs a raise!! $$
The front door is facing the road & the parking is in the back of the building. Very weird setup. Food was good.
Finally decent service, food was hot. Low on help and were slow, but our server was her first night and worked hard and did well for her first night.
Ordered mozzarella sticks, they came
back out and said they were out, ordered ribs, they can't back out and said they were out, ordered a sampler platter asked if they could add chicken bites since they were out of mozzarella sticks, they said no, so I asked if I could order the platter without the mozzarella sticks and they said no. When talking to the manager her excuse was they didn't know that there was events going on. I'm sorry but in Pella Iowa, the balloon race was posted for months and the indy car races that are in Newton is why they are out of everything. All the manager could do was laugh.
