Have not been to this Applebee's. We were seated right away. Server came out quickly for our drink orders. The appetizer came out in good time and was tasty. Our food was a little slow, but still ok. But, they ran out of 8oz steaks, so mine was 6oz, but felt smaller.
This location is very professional they have houses that are going to seat you waiters that are knowledgeable about the menu and Cooks you know what they're doing. From ordering to have in our food was 10 minutes tops. And as always the food was great!! Definitely recommend definitely will be back.
Walked in and got ignored. 3 parties came after we arrived and the host decided to take them in before our party. When we asked nicely if we were in the queue we got blatantly ignored. Chilis on top
My son has celiac disease so his options are very limited. We always love when there is knowledgeable staff to help us. The manager came right over and helped us through how to order his food. It's great to know there is another place in town that us safe for him to eat at!
After being sat we got our drinks right away. Our food took an hour to get to the table and when it arrived it was hard and cold like it had sat out for hours. The music was so loud we had to yell at our table just to hear eachother.. we spoke with a manager who was able to lower the volume (she was fantastic) just for the bartender to turn it up again all In all great service from waitress and manager but the kitchen staff is a joke
I get it. Covid. They have dividers on booths, no condiments on tables, you have to ask for a menu! For real, you have to ask for a menu because apparently it's really hard for their server to spray off a laminated sheet of paper. And for a table of 5, you get 2 menus to share! Our server was eh, so so. She got us refills, but wasnt impressive in any way. I'm not sure how wonderful the kitchen help is right now. It was lunch time, there were not a lot of customers, and it took a long time to get our food. When we did get our food, it was cold. Don't bother with the prime rib sandwich, as shown in pictures, it's just plain gross. As I've said before, this place is hit and miss. This time was a big miss, we wish we would have gone someplace else.

Server was nice and food was good.
It was sad that they had to be open on the 4th of July, but we were traveling through and so grateful for a meal. Upon coming into the restaurant, one worker was sitting on the bench. Chatting up a storm with the gals at the hostess stand.
The Oriental chicken salad used to be my favorite. Sadly it has declined and my salad had mainly large clumps of the stalk of lettuce.
Our daughter is on the spectrum and our server went above and beyond for the appetizers and served every single one on a separate plate for her. Her burger was spot on. However, the fries came with seasoning and I looked at her and I said she won't eat these. Please send them back and I'll pay for more. It wasn't worth the order of $50 in charges. And yes they charge $4 for the fries as extra I had thought for sure they would say no. No, we have it. No worries. That was not the case. I strongly believe that they should have been closed on the 4th because the dissatisfaction of the worker showed.
