Tried to use curbside service. When I notified that I arrived, the employees sitting in the curbside area stared at me for 10+ minutes, to the point where I had to go inside to get my order. The SAME employees that stared at me from the curbside pickup helped me inside. Camron H said he would get it ready, proceeded to have a personal conversation and take the other employee's order in front of me for 5-8 minutes before going to get my order. Food was disgusting, not sure how you can call noodles "Mac & cheese". I feel like the spin dip appetizer normally provides more chips than what I received. I use to love this place, won't be returning. Waste of money.

Serenity was our server for a very large last minute dinner party and she was awesome! She got all of our food correct despite having 12+ people and our appetizers came out so fast. She keep bringing more drinks too. She was very sweet, kind, and helpful. The pinnacle of food service staff!!!!
This is such a fun place! My Theatre cast and i all came out here and waitress Serenity was so nice! She took great care of us and we couldn't be more thankful. If 6 stars was an option, She'd get 7. Give Serenity a raise!!
Our server Noah was amazing! Food was fast and he made sure our app came out before our meal even though we placed the order late! Applebees is almost always the same but when you have servers that are this great it makes the world of a difference! You’re awesome Noah!
Recently went in for lunch expecting to wait for food , got greeted right away by the @bartender @SaraLanders and ordered a beer that was instantly poorer and didn’t have to wait … I would recommend to away that wants to have great service and great company as she will hold conversations with all her guest while still taking care of everyone HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We visited this Applebee's after a movie down the road. We went here because we knew they would be open late. Very busy place. Here is my review:
Pros
1. Very helpful servers. She told us the kitchen was slow and to expect a wait and wanted to make sure she told us before we ordered. Very appreciated.
2. Very polite people.
3. Very clean.
4. Food was what we expected.
5. Gave us discounts (see below)
Cons
1. They had stupid dividers up between booths. It made things very claustrophobic!!!!!!!! We almost left it was that bad. This is not covid anymore be done with them.
2. They ran out of some ingredients for our food but made it up to us in discounts. Very fair.
All in all good.
Perfect date night experience! Montez is an amazing manager. He personally made sure that our dining experience was at the highest level. Jackson Applebee's definitely has it going on, this is a must try.
