Can never seem to go wrong in any state when it comes to Applebee's, this one is no different but I did decide to try something different at this one and must say that my steak was as good as the mixed drinks.
Randomly stopped at this restaurant on my way home, and I’m glad I did. The food was as expected for Applebee’s, but it was my server Adrian who made the experience memorable. I could tell everyone was busy, but he made sure that my drinks and food were brought out on time while constantly checking in on me to make sure I was enjoying myself. I will surely be back next time I am in town!
We came in from out of town, and with it being late at night, there’s limited options. We were happy to see the restaurant so busy so late at night! We were going to order the Bourbon street steak with a Oreo shake…….????????????. But decided on taco appetizer-awesome!! We each got hamburgers, one with a salad and the other with chicken tortillas soup-all were great!! Food was served smoking hot!! Yay!! And fast!! Great job Applebees!!
Stephanie was our bartender tonight where we sat to eat and drink and be merry. We love to come when Stephon’s there as she is personable, sufficient, attentive and friendly. We love her. There was also a company Christmas party with gifts piling up and lots of laughs between the employees which really added to the holiday feels. We love our neighborhood Applebees and we love Stephanie.
On this visit to the Chicopee Applebee's I was sat at a booth in the bar area, with the bar tender Stephanie as my waitress. Stephanie was extremely helpful, even as busy as she was she still checked in on my table as often as possible. It was also very impressive how she could take an entire table of orders, remember them, even when she would get asked to do something else real quick, she would still put there correct order in. I was also impressed with the management leadership shown, they were present throughout my visit, but more importantly they were active in every aspect of the restaurant, adding the in needs of the staff as well as helping all the customers who walked through the doors.

I've never written a review before but I couldn't not write one with how bad of an experience I had here. Let's start with the food, it took over an hour to get our food even though the people next to us came in 30 minutes after us and got they're food 5 minutes after us. And the food quality was not good, the chicken tortilla soup I got had no cheese and instead was covered with way to many tortilla strip's. for the bacon ranch chicken sandwich I had, the chicken was very hard and had dabble of ranch on it. And the burger that my mom ordered was extremely undercooked. Also, the long island ice tea I ordered was the worst I've ever had, it just tasted like lemonade, and if you've had a long island before, you know how strong they are and this wasn't. Now let's talk about the server, Luis. Aside from not checking on us once after initial taking our order even though he walked past us at least 6 times, he also decided to take my half full water after I stared him down and told me he'd get me another one which then took 15 minutes, which wasn't the worst part. After my mom got her burger and realized it was still half raw, she had to get the attention of another waiter who saw the burger and immediately could tell it wasn't right who then got our waiter, he came over and looked at it a said "you don't like it" which she had to tell him that it wasn't cooked. He then decided to run to his manager who gave us a half assed apology and tell us he was very upset about it which he definitely didn't care. And to top it off I saw him pointing and talking about us to a coworker while we were waiting for our check because he thought he was hidden behind a glass pane. All in all the worst experience I've ever had at an Applebee's or any restaurant, the first time I l've ever not tipped my waiter, I instead gave a tip to the other waiter that immediately noticed the burger was wrong.
