Best WLM Reviews

The lime chicken is top notch! The 2 for $x deals are all extremely tasty & well worth the price! Would appreciate if they would accommodate to those families that have toddlers & also want to watch TV. (I understand the high chairs are now a hazard, but could we get some better angles.
Service was phenomenal. The food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. Taste was only okay, especially when compared to the cost. Four people cost $78 plus tip. Way too expensive for an Apple Bee's with just average food. This is not a knock on this Apple Bee's or the kitchen crew, its just your typical chain restaurant style food and we all felt it was way over priced for what it was. Overall it was a decent experience but my money is better spent on steaks or burgers from the butcher.
Restaurant that is still passing the test of time. Applebee's is keeping relevant to changing preferences. Good food. Clean space. Still worth a visit (compared to other fading 90s chains).
No complaints for this place. Happy hour specials help :)
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in with a few people that I know and we got told there would be a 15-20 minute wait, which was no problem. Myself and the people I was with were waiting for a total of 30 minutes when they had 2 open sections we could've been sat at. Whenever we asked if we could sit in one of those two sections, we got told that we couldn't, and that there was still a 15-20 minute wait. At this point, people were staring at us and whispering to themselves. It was all around a very unwelcoming environment and we left. Never have I ever felt so discriminated against at an Applebee's. I will no longer be giving my business to this location. Applebee's, do better.
We don't go to Applebee's much, and it has been a while. The decor in this place is warm and welcoming, and the food was good. We were well looked after by Charlotte and despite it being busy wait time was low.
I overheard the hostess telling the server she got a table on my way to the washroom, and she said something like thanks, but no thanks. I thought it was super funny because I'm super chill, even with a grumpy husband and missing my flight, I was still in a super good mood. Regardless of my mood, it wouldn't be proper to take it out on another person. Our server had an absolute lovely persona, very kind, and great service. We didn't have to ask for much except to bring coffee on her next trip around, but not to hurry, and napkins because, let's face it, we can all be messy. My partner was a server until the day she passed away, and I was a bartender for so many years. I know people can be rude and unruly, so I wanted to leave her with a positive experience, especially since it was later in the evening. As per my usual, I neatly stacked the dishes and tidied the table as best as I could to make her job easier. The look on her face was priceless and worth the little bit of effort it takes to tidy up after ourselves and the best ending to a great meal. I hope the next time I go back, I can receive the same experience and wow the server again, and I'll never eat out if I can't provide at least a 30% tip, and I hope others can follow suit by treating the staff with the same respect you would want for yourself. I'm still in a great mood thinking of this experience, and implore, you all to try it, and see how much you feel better from being nice and making someone else's evening, as special as she can make yours! Great job all around, and a shout out to the kitchen staff for perfecting my meal so every bite was even better than the one before! There are still good people in the world, and we had one of the best taking care of us!
This place is a hit or miss location. I’ve been there about 10 times, and I either find myself incredibly impressed. Or completely dissatisfied.
Good experiences (7/10 time);
Great with kids, service was quick and friendly. Food was spot on.
But the last 2 times I found myself very disappointed. I went last night, and everything was great until dinner was served. I had order a Caesar salad (and specified I wanted it before dinner). My kids got their meals and I sat there a full 10 minutes afterwards, with nothing in front of me. Then my burger came (half cooked). The server came by and I mentioned I never received my salad. I asked her to make it a to go order instead, since I already had my meal. She seemed very frustrated with me. From that point on she intentionally ignored my table. My kid’s drinks never got refilled, and we just sat there after eating. She attended to all the other tables, but completely walked by ours. I eventually had to call out to her (as she was walking away), to ask for my check. She brought the check, and still no salad. I pointed out the salad was on the ticket, and I never received it. She huffed and walked off with my payment. 5 minutes later a different server came with my salad (finally), and my card. I don’t remember the last time I have been this disappointed in the service I received from a restaurant. And I’m not one to complain.
I was a customer on 11/27 at around 6:30 pm. I saw 8 people there waiting. 4 of them were in wheelchairs. They were waiting for quite some time and being ignored. There was two open areas where they could of sat them. I over heard one lady ask why can't we sit in the open area and I over heard the worker, that I assume was the manager there say "the workers are overwhelmed" I understand stand it's a day before Thanksgiving but that is no reason to be rude and ignore these customers. There is no excuse to turn people away. And to top it all off, I saw others come in after them that got sat before they did. If you can't work on a busy day, maybe seek other employment that isn't a customer service job.
