Where do I start? The waitress needs another job. I had to ask for utensils and small plates for my appetizer. Then, less than 5 minutes later, the meal came. The general manager came by to ask if everything was OK, and I let her know what was going on. She apologized and then walked away. I started to eat but stopped in my track it was a long blonde hair on my plate. So I called the GM back over, and the waitress came over, and I showed it to her. She reached for it, and I told her I was giving it to the GM. The plate looked nothing like the menu
Went for a late lunch. They were bot busy and seemed to be well staffed. We ordered chicken sandwiches and fries. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our food. Food was good and fresh, but seemed to take longer than it should have considering there were people at only 4 tables, and 3 of them had their food already.
The experience was ok, service slow getting you to a table. Could use some smiling faces.
Fries were greasy and service sucked and the lady who came to me did not make me feel welcomed and food was cold and Soggy
Amazing lunch here, the servers fantastic, keeping our drinks filled and checking on us frequently. Our neals were prepared exactly as we ordered. It was busy here but we did not wait very long. Our experience here was perfect. Thank you.
Let me just start by saying, does anyone employed here take the job serious? Walked in to no host, & ppl waiting at the door. 7 mins later, I was asked how many, got my name & said 30 min wait. After waiting 30 mins & never being called, I decided to ask about my wait time. A server whom seemed to be the only working, functioning person in there but I didn’t get his name. We we then sat & didn’t get greeted until 5 mins later. Drinks? Took 20 mins. I never received my alcoholic beverage. Some debris was in my cup so I had a refill from a host, although my server was Rod. The food? Took an hour and 20 mins to arrive but might’ve took longer had I not gotten upset & decided to leave. Rod insisted I’d have food soon & that I should stay so I did. After waiting so long, my kid was overly tired that he couldn’t even enjoy the meal that he craved so badly. My meal was the salmon(overcooked) broccoli & mashed potatoes (which were both ice cold when brought to the table) I’m so confused as to why it would be cold if it just came out? Just got done cooking so they say. I tried sending it bck & just not eating at all but Rod suggested me taking the meal home & doctoring on it myself. If I wanted to cook, I wouldn’t have went out. This place needs more staff, but actually staff that wants to work. Staff that cares. I won’t ever be visiting again after yesterday's experience.
This is a newly opened Applebee's, it opened on May 29, 2023. The staff is new and eager to please. I was seated and served quickly by a friendly waitress. The ribeye was done just as ordered and tasted fantastic, the broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes are great compliments.

I wouldn’t recommend you come here at night. It took us 30 mins to receive a server and 3 tables next to us had issues with their checks. The Classic appetizer was ordered and the wings came out cold and with LOTS cayenne pepper dumped on top. Server wouldn’t replace the wings but only offered to reheat them. The only thing that was worth my time was the RnB playing in the background and the margaritas. ☠️
