Best burger around!! And then to find out their burger meat is fresh, never frozen and patties by hand . . . Amazing! Our server, Misti was incredible. Will be asking to sit in her section every time I go there (which will be at least once a week for a burger!)
There could be improvements in the decor of the restaurant. Looks like it is stuck somewhere in the 80s or 90s. The place needs a major update! Know it is under new management so maybe something will be done with a new "captain at the helm"!
Wanted to try the new chicken sandwich and was a little worried about being the first customer at opening. Was pleasantly surprised! Everything was hot a perfect! I will never go across the highway for a chicken sandwich again. Misti was a great waitress.
Our food was delivered hot and it was good. The restaurant was not busy on a Wednesday night and the service was excellent. Our waiter, Kendall, was absolutely wonderful! He recommended that we try the $! Zombie drinks and recommend a couple of appetizers. He was funny and polite.
We decided to give it a try for my husbands birthday. The food came out hot, bourbon chicken and shrimp and sirloin steak,and all the staff are really nice. Kendall was our waiter and he was very attentive to us. Didn't know that you get a free dessert if it's your birthday and he brought out a brownie to my husband(which was warm and gooey with ice cream!). I know it was not a good place to go months ago but tonight was good for us!
I’m never one to come on here and write a review but I’ve never had such a horrible experience out to eat ….I got two appetizers, French onion, soup and wings. I have been looking really forward to it. It took 20 minutes to even get sat and there was nobody in there. My waitress was sitting at the bar talking the entire time I had to ask her for a refill on my drink six different times by time I got my food. It was severely cold because she was talking the entire time at the bar, I had a coupon on my phone and she wouldn’t even give it to me because she didn’t wanna go back there and redeem it because the manager had to do it. “I would have to get a manager if you wanted to use this “ I had been asked for a manager and I waited for 15 minutes and he never came out so I called and I asked if I could have a refund because my food was awful and I never got refills , he then said “well you should have asked for me it’s kind of to late now” which i understand but I tried and my server couldn’t even do that much. I spent over 50$ for poor food and poor service and I couldn’t even get a free appetizer for the inconvenience. Honestly should let cooperate handle this one ????????♀️
This location is not popular like it used to be. I’m not sure why. We came and did the 2 entrees for $30. We had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp and then also Bourbon Steak and Shrimp and it was really good. We were surprised how good it all was.
This place blew us away. We came in right a a nightmare costumer was ramping up. This customer never stopped talking, even when eating (just covered her mouth). We were amazed at waiter Tristan being calm and nice the whole time, and getting amazing manager Tori. Literally every bite was the worst thing this lady had ever eaten.
We had to move because this nightmare lady was so loud. Even seemed to make up some bogus story at the end that wasn't true. Manager tori was so nice.
After the last left we chatted with Tristan and tori and told them how much we admired them handling that monster.
Our service was great and the burger very surprised me on how perfectly it was cooked.
Very fun story to tell about how the wait staff handled the actual monster lady from the movie Waiting.
Unfortunately I don't think they added any garlic salt to her food (I definitely would have).
Top notch. We will return.
I ordered takeout and checked in to my car pick up spot waited 20 minutes and no one came out so I finally went in to get my food. It was on the counter at the bar. Cold. If you are going to have car pick up, you should bring the food out and it should be hot.
