Best WLM Reviews
Came in on a Saturday night and staff said they were a little slow. We did not notice any poor or delay in service. Fries were hot. Burger and chicken were moist and flavorful. The sauce and cheese on the chicken was very good. The triple chocolate was as good as it looked and a perfect amount for two people. I always had a full water.
The food was good. The service was outstanding. Cassandra, did great. As always, this is our third time having her as our server and she did a wonderful job. The only issue we had, was there was a centipede in my iced tea, which the manager did not handle appropriately. I called contacted the district manager and corporate. And the issue was taking care of without a problem. We will definitely try eating there again. Hopefully, without a centipede in the tea LO. L.
Really good service and fast prep of the food. Unfortunately it is still Applebees. Fairly standard food but just not as tasty as they should be. My salad was pretty but way over dressed with a balsamic dressing that was just harsh. The appetizers were the best part of both meals. The chicken roll up was just too dressed as well destroying the taste of the chicken.
Definitely a place to stop for a quick lunch but it’s still Applebees.
Well it's an Applebee's, so I guess I shouldn't expect much! We're here visiting from another state and there really isn't much of an option unfortunately for food. Food and drinks were terrible; weak (couldn't even taste the alcohol) cold, no flavor, looked questionable. I would NOT recommend this restaurant at all. On the plus side, I will say the server was super kind. That is why I gave FIVE stars for her service. Thanks for the great service but y'all need a new cook stat.
We went on Saturday evening and apparently alot of people called in so they were short staffed. We waited almost a hour to be seated. I'm sure the staff was doing there best. The food was good. My server was great I can't remember his name but was one of my top 10 servers ever and I eat out alot.
Our waitress Cassandra C was amazing. Very attentive. She was very friendly and nice. Our food was delicious also. Overall an amazing experience.
It's an Applebee's. The food is mid but thats no fault of the establishment, and simply a product of the chain. The staff there are all great and you will get the best that Applebee's can provide from the skilled kitchen staff. My wife and I eat there often, and for a dine-in restaurant with similar prices to the local Arby's and a decent drink selection... Well, it beats the hell out of Arby's for the same prices.
Dakota Hall was a wonderful server. He was very busy and made time to be sure my husband and I had everything we needed.
