I had a great experience at Applebee's! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Cody went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. When there was a small issue with my order, he quickly and kindly corrected it without hesitation. His excellent service made the visit even better. I’d definitely recommend dining here!
Was heading home from KC area & decided to have more of a real meal than fast food. Wound up "backtracking" to find this location. It was a little later in the evening, but was still fairly busy.
Greeter & waitress were friendly & food was served pretty quick. Meals were fixed/grilled as expected & tasted good. Waitress did a good job of stopping to make sure everything was going well, which seems to be a rare thing these days.
Good overall experience at this location. Deducted a star due to floors being quite messy. Not sure if lack of time due to a dinner rush, but not real appealing when seeing all the food/trash on the floor, especially under the table you're seated at. Still good food & service though.
Last week, I dined at Applebee's Grill + Bar and upon reflection, I found the experience to be satisfactory. Our waitress provided attentive service, enhancing our overall enjoyment. Despite the considerable ambient noise stemming from music and television broadcasts, the quality of our meal was commendable, and the service continued to impress. However, the pricing appeared slightly elevated, albeit within an acceptable range. In summation, the visit was deemed positive.
Cody was amazing. I listened to him pump up his staff and give them compliments after a successful rush. I work in the industry as well and it’s always nice seeing a manager care about his employees. Great food also.
Was recently in the area so stopped in. Couldn’t help but notice the improvements both to the store and with the staff. The food was very good and our server (Rylie) was top notch - friendly, pleasant, and attentive. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Would definitely recommend this restaurant
My organization did a fund raiser and it turned out really good. Both Jill & Caleb did an awesome job making sure the food got promptly. We will definitely be doing another fund raiser at this location. Charlotte
The experience this morning was awesome the fundraiser that was there Sun Showers of Love . The organization helped so much in the serving and greeting it was great. The staff at Applebee’s Jill and Caleb are amazing people. The food was fresh and hot
Stopped in the other night for a quick bite and a drink. With as busy as they were I wasn’t expecting much but Rylie was phenomenal! Best service I’ve probably had anywhere! The drinks were amazing and the food came out quick and hot. I will definitely be returning to this Applebees!
