Came in at 4pm ordered boneless wings (half off appetizers 2p-5p) got the oriental chicken salad and southwest fiesta bowl off the lunch menu as well (M-F ends at 5p) and the service was really friendly. Great food and everything was reasonably priced. I would come it wasn’t too busy came in on a Friday.
The absolute worst experience hands down I have ever had at a restaurant. 1st they weren’t even busy barely had any tables when we came in and it still took forever to take our order and get the food out. 2nd my husband and I order well done and medium rare steaks and he got a rare steak and I got a overly rare steak. After sending my husbands back to get cooked some they still brought him out a medium rare steak when his was supposed to be well done as in no pink. The salad has brown lettuce all through it and my daughter’s yogurt had chunks in it. Needless to say the would only compensate our meals by giving us $25 after we even gave them a chance to make it right and they still couldn’t get it right. I’m so aggravated at this point that I just wanna pay the bill and leave and then the waitress take forever and a day to get my payment. I don’t recommend this place at all!!! Save your money and run!! Pics below are of my steak from the first round and his steak after the had already “cooked” it twice.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had after seating my party of 5 we waited with no server for 30 min once finally given a server we ordered everything at once after waiting for so long she shows up 20 min later and spills our drink on the table we understand serving is a craft so we tell her it's fine we'll she wipes all the ice and tea to the ground then leaves to not return until the bus girl finally comes and gets the ice off the floor our table still wet and sticky we had to ask for a rag to clean our own table because she left to not return until the appetizers were ready to realize none of us received our alcoholic drinks we then received our drinks 5 min before our food came out my bourbon street chicken wasn't even sizzling on the plate not only that another person at our table received a FROZEN salad our margaritas tasted like just mixer and my plate alone my mashed potatoes were cold and the chicken was jerky we asked for new silverware because all of ours but 2 were covered in tea we all ended up sharing silver ware this was and awful experience I will NEVER eat at this one again it wasn't even busy it was 2 in the afternoon on a Thursday and maybe a total of 5 tables and people at the bar. That was a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE.
Didn't take coupon even though we arrived ate and finished before 5. Waitress was sweet though. Fried were not good. Chicken tenders were really good. Burger was good. Some of the waitresses were really gossipy in the bathroom. That was uncomfortable. We were seated quickly and served beverages in a timely manner. I still recommend this restaurant, I only had little things that kind of added up during this visit.
It’s good if you like hair in your food. Told the waitress and she just laughed. Didn’t ask if I wanted something different, a new order or anything. My wife finished her meal and when she came back to the table to pick up the dishes. She asked if I was still working on mine. I said nope, I don’t like 8” long hair in my food. She laughed again and took my plate. I gave the service a rating of two only because she did come back and ask if we needed anything else.
Arrived at 4:30. Went for half priced appetizers, walked in not busy at all. No one at hostess stand. Waited 10-15 min to get seated. Got seated, waitress says that she’ll take our drinks but another person will take over. Never got the drinks, 10-15 minutes go by, I guess our official waitress asked if we were waiting for order. Wow. I then ask if we can still get half priced appetizers since we were here before 5. She said she will ask her gm. Come back with drinks, which again took 10 min it seemed. Proceeds to tell me that her manager said she can’t give us the half priced appetizers due to the system not allowing it. What a joke. Even if that were true, we would have been in time, but due to them taking forever we didn’t make the cut. Not coming here again, management needs to change.
The General Manager, Rosa Deloach, Manager and staff were wonderful. We have eaten at this location for over 9 years and today’s service was the best to date. Madelyn, our server, did not miss a beat. She was on top of our drink and food order. We were very pleased. Thank you Applebee’s at 6600 West Freeway in Fort Worth!
The restaurant was very dirty, as we were sat at a dirty table with plenty of other clean available options. The food took so long to come out, our waitress apologized, yet we still didn’t get half of what we ordered and we’re expected to keep waiting while half our table ate. My burger was so undercooked I spent all night throwing up. Our waitress was caught just standing around while we waited an increasingly long time just for a drink refill. It’s clear not a single person likes to work there. Maybe just close this location?
