Our waitress took our drink order and then disappeared. When she finally returned to take our food order she disappeared again. Two other tables that came in long after we did get their food and almost finished their meal before we got our food. I got the chicken Alfredo and the noodles were under cooked and the chicken, broccoli and Alfredo sauce was cold. The kids' plates were too hot to touch from sitting under the heat lamp for too long and their food was cold. The waitress accidentally gave my daughter a full rack of ribs when we ordered the half rack and then tried to charge me for her mistake. This was a horrible experience. We will not be returning.
Wasn’t feeling well so ordered delivery. I ordered a steak prepared medium and there was ZERO moo left in it. Broccoli was so overcooked and mushy it wasn’t edible. Lettuce was shriveled up and not fresh. Tried calling several times then finally had someone answer. I waited over 20 minutes then got hung up on. I tried calling back several times and no one would answer. I understand being short-staffed but maybe it’s time to close this location. The service and quality of food have plummeted, unfortunately.
We had a party of 7 plus a high chair. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We could see there were 3 possible tables in the restaurant that would seat our party size without moving tables together, 2 of them were occupied with parties who didn’t have their food yet and the 3rd was waiting to be cleaned. In fact we noticed none of the 6-7 occupied tables had food so we wondered if we had made a poor choice. We sat at the bar and ordered beverages while we waited. I checked on our table after 30 minutes and was told then, the problem is we don’t have a place to seat you. I said “yes that does seem to be the problem.” About 10 minutes later, the bartender questioned how many people we had in our party and told us to go to the table that earlier hadn’t been cleaned and we moved there assuming someone had cleaned it but that was not the case. We tracked down a server to clear and clean the table. We waited there another 15 minutes and after having two servers walk by and not acknowledge we were seated, we went to the bar, paid our drink tab and left. As we walked out, the party at one of the larger tables who had several small children said “GREAT CHOICE TO LEAVE! We have been waiting forever for food!!” I said “We gave them an hour to seat us after telling us a 15-20 min wait!” The bartender was friendly and working twice as hard as the rest of the staff.
I was honestly really wanting Applebee's since it was a pregnancy craving.
I really wanted mozzarella sticks, a strawberry mango smoothie and a southwest chicken bowl. My husband ordered the four cheese mac with chicken tenders.
We ordered the mozzarella sticks and was completely taken aback thst there was no marinara sauce on the plate, the server did not disclose that they're out of marinara sauce before we ordered this $10 appetizer, if that was the case we wouldn't have ordered them and gotten something else.
The strawberry and mango drink literally tasted like a Naked mango drink from the grocery store, without any strawberries and had too much ice in it and the ice was very chunky.
My southwest chicken was great. My husband's meal was so below par (picture on the menu did not look anything like what he ordered). He said that the sauce tasted like watered down Alfredo sauce.
The tables weren't terrible but had some leftover food stuck to it. The windows along the entire side we sat on were covered in dirty smears.
The server and the manager was luckily very accommodating and took off a lot!
That being said, we haven't been this disappointed in a long time.
My wife and I came in for a late dinner. After we sat down, it took the server a while to come get our order. Not to mention the table, even though it was "cleaned", was so sticky. We ordered one drink from the bar, and normally, the bar drink usually comes out with the appetizer, which was not the case. I sat there looking at my drink at the bar and did not get it until we were served our main course. And not to mention, my wife had to remind the server that we were still waiting on the drink from the bar. The food was good. We got the wings and the chicken wonton tacos, which were absolutely delicious!! Really just felt that the service could have been better. We will be trying a different location next time.
Walk in, I go to the bar, literally see mane 10 small groups scattered through out the entire restaurant, Bartender no where to be found. Waited ten mins for him to return, Patron next to me asked for Ranch dressing for his salad bartender stated we done carry ranch and walks off. Really! Who does this. Finally got to order a drink. He kept pouring them as if I asked for them. Got up and walked out.
The restaurant was disgusting. The floors were sticky. Took forever to be waited on. Then our food took forever to arrive. There was 2 other small tables of people in the establishment so they clearly weren’t busy. My daughter’s chicken was raw. ???? Never eating there again! The manager said he would make it right with us and send a gift certificate but that hasn’t happened. Our bill was over 70.00
Absolutely awful. Paid $12 dollars for 3 single-bite wanton tacos...scam. Appetizer came before drinks. No napkins. Menu called it a double burger and they delivered a single. Asked for absolutley no pink and my burger was dripping blood. Freezing cold the whole time. Spent $60 and it wasn't even worth $10. Would have rather went to mcdonalds.
