Spent my birthday dinner here and everything was awesome... Excellent waiter, great food, great drinks, need to fix some of the TVs but overall, everything was great.
We we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes to get sit down by the hostess and nobody set us down. The bartender and a waitress were having a great conversation very interesting by the way and the other waitress was just walking around. They were probably about 3 tables that were being occupied so I’m guessing they were super swamped or super busy that they didn’t have time to sit a family of two which is OK. I am going to another place won’t be coming back for the lack of customer service. They didn’t even acknowledge us. We walked in which is fine not every restaurant does that but 15 minutes and they saw us standing because the bar is right in front of the main entrance to the bartender so I think he said he was also the manager. I’m not really sure based on the conversation but yeah 0 stars if I could.
This is the best Applebees I’ve been to in awhile. The atmosphere was amazing and very warm and welcoming. Our host was amazing we didn’t wait long at all!
We were greeting seating and taking care of right away. As always I had to criticize the music and it was very satisfying. They okayed hits from today, yesterday, and back then. I’m very satisfied with my date night at Applebees
Very very inexpensive place to eat with some scrumptious meals. Me and my son had a blast and filled our stomach. He really enjoyed the ribs and enjoyed their tenders with a nice whiskey sour. Applebee's is always changing their menu to get you more and more great choices. You can never go wrong here especially if you want to eat on a budget. This place is always clean and open for business. They have an anxious staff working for them that greets you and is adjusts willing to serve you. We recently dined at Applebee's, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Our waiter, Jemiah, barely stopped at our table, leaving us with empty drinks and without the sauces we requested. We ordered two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, and they were dry as could be. To make matters worse, our appetizer didn't arrive until our main courses did. Overall, the service and food quality were abysmal.
Visited on st. Patrick’s day and me and my friends sat at the bar. The service with the girl they call BUBBLES WAS TERRIBLE!! She stayed in all the men face playing and talking and not helping the customers.. she served me a drink with a bug in it and was like ewww I’ll make you another one she did it took 25 minutes for her playing in men face. I ordered brownie bite ONLY and she forgot twice to put the order in. This time im mad!! She gave a us a free shot for the bad service and she shot glass was broken and chipped around the rim… as you can see in the photos.. when serving her favorite men she filled their shot glasses up alllll the way to rim of the glass…. Oh yea and her and another worker was smoking vape behind the bar while making drinks …. Her attitude is messed upppp and other customers told her that!! NOT GOING BACK WHEN SHES THERE… The customers and security screaming and cussing at closing time it was just tooooo muchhh!! Time to f gooooo!!! Last f calll!!! Nawwww
Applebee's has always been just alright in my book. I love half off on appetizers.
The food was good but server was not. Our server was so worried about somebody wanting to fight her that she was arguing in the parking lot on her cell phone whenever we pulled into the parking lot. Everything went downhill from there with her as our server. We all ordered and she had several mistakes with our order. She was too preoccupied with her cell phone while putting in our order that it got misconstrued. When we confronted her with the discrepancies in our order, she wanted to complain so much about the kitchen staff and working doubles on the weekend and did not take accountability for any of the mistakes on our order. I was even charged for something I did not receive and had to bring to our servers attention.
