The food was decent, though not particularly remarkable, but the exceptional service truly made up for it. Our server was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant for those seeking a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for a casual outing.
The food was great! Fries were crispy on the outside but tender in the middle. Ribs slapped, a little heat but mostly sweet.
Waiter was nice, kept getting us what we needed.
All in all a great experience!
This Applebee's is unlike any I have experienced. Very little wait staff. We waited to be seated when it wasn't busy. The bartender was also waiting tables and there was only 1 other waitress. When we finally got seated the drinks and appetizers took forever. The food was decent but overall I just kept thinking that we should have left earlier. No plates for the appetizer, no straw for the glass, no coffee refill, and still charge a lot for a little. This one we won't be back for dinner.
$9.99 Bacon cheeseburger, frie and large drink is a winner any day of the week. Been having a hard time finding good meals in Berlin so I drove to Conway. Great decision. Had a young waiter from Taiwan. He was awesome.
Had a great time at this Applebee's. The waitress was so nice and was great about fulfilling our requests. The new grilled chicken sandwich is delicious and the price was so low! It came to 51 dollars for 2 dinners with drinks and an entree to go. Very reasonable and worth the short wait.
Waitor was very nice BUT service was brutally slow! Made us late for our next engagement and we left a 2 hour gap to grab a "quick" bite! Never came back to check on us once food finally came and didn't explain to pay at table on device so after waiting a long time we finally found him and asked. Food was very good but I wouldn't go back
I really enjoy this location! Kimmie always takes awesome care of me, remembering my drink of choice and making sure my meal is exactly how I like it. She is clearly experienced and is an asset to their team. I look forward to future meals there.
Decent food and good service with fairly reasonable prices. Can get busy.
