As a fellow bartender/server/manager, it is absolutely REFRESHING to see Steffany take as much pride in her job as I do. Wonderful service and drinks as delicious as always! Come see her, you won’t regret it!
Steffany always does a fantastic job and I only wish I could come eat more often! The service is always pleasant, personable, and prompt. Wonderful to see great customer service in a dying age of respect and decency! Come see her for great service and great wings! Also her margarita is delicious!
Eating good in the neighborhood sums up this trip to Applebees. Ive had pretty good luck with this location. Service was good.
Food was awful. I joke that the cook must of gotten the right temp on the microwave...but seriously. "Wings" came out cold or room temp, and there were only 5 at a time coming out (idk how that happens, we were only 1 out 5 tables in the whole place). My son ordered the 4 cheese Mac w honey pepper chicken and it was so bad the waitress gave us another meal for free (unfortunately that chicken was also fried to 3 deaths). The waitress was the best part of the experience as she was always refilling drinks and making sure we didn't need anything.
Customer service. What’s that!
It took almost 15 minutes to get a table and there was hardly anybody in the restaurant. That was nearly 15 minutes of not even anyone in the entire restaurant acknowledging our existence !
After finally being seated, It took another 10 minutes before the server finally decided to come and ask us if we wanted a menu.
When we finally got our order, the food was OK but when we went to pay the server put down the check and we never saw her again. As we were leaving, we saw her coming out of her personal vehicle vaping
She had apparently been in there for quite a while and if I wasn’t needing to leave, I contemplated going back in and taking my tip off the table But I’m not that kind of person.
The management really needs to teach their staff customer service!
Response to your reply: apparently you do not read the negative reviews regarding this establishment. All the negative reviews are pretty horrific but nothing ever seems to improve at this location. Your generic response may satisfied corporate saying how "you tried" but the efforts are unanswered in how the restaurant is actually run.
Come on people you can do better!
Well some of the tables are too close. Such as if you are seated down at a side table at the bar there is another table on the side right above you. The first time I went the steaks were good and the sides ok. I have no idea what happened the second time I went. We ate the appetizer that wasn’t as good quality as prior and both ordered the chicken fettuccine that was extremely dry and the noodles looked like they had been sitting out all day, they were stuck together and hard to chew. We had the waitress get the manager who removed the entree from our bill.
2 stars because the service was good. I totally am not willing to try them again after that horrible food
I ordered Carside to go and was pretty disappointed in some of the items. The fountain drinks tasted watery, the side house salad was watery and wilted. I requested no tomatoes, but there were tomatoes on it anyway. I ordered the bacon cheddar crispy chicken sandwich, and it was missing both the cheese and the bacon sauce that the description said was supposed to be on it.
The other items ordered were fine, but for the price these days I expect everything to be correct, and for the salad to be better quality.
Recent revisit after being away for awhile. We had good food and service. I liked the changes to the menu. My wife had a chicken sandwich and I went with a Sirloin.
