Best Applebees in Wisconsin ,the Manger Janet is the most sweets , outgoing and funnies person I have ever met food was amazing come out on time and sever was great super sweet and restaurant was clean and the restrooms were by far the best ever . If you want to have a good time and laugh go to west allis I will be back thinking about applying so I can always have this smile on my face and make some pretty kick ass friends!!!!
So this Applebee's is just the worst location ever. I had to erase my previous review so I could write a new one. After my last review and the food being so disgusting I was given a credit of $50 even though we spent over $100. I decided to order the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes, waffle fries, and also the Wonton Tacos. First, the salmon was the cheapest kind, it was so so tiny, and it was cold ,there was absolutely no blackened seasoning whatsoever or any other type of seasoning on it. The only thing that there is a lot of, is oil. Salmon produces its own oil so whoever made this must not have known that you don'tsoak it in oil. The mashed potatoes I could have thrown at a wall and they would have stuck. the waffle fries were also terrible. They were very saggy. The Wonton Tacos would have been okay except they must have made those first because by the time I got them, not only were they ice cold but the actual taco part of them was disgusting. I am now contacting the corporate office because this location needs to have a complete overhaul and retrained. I think they're hiring cooks that have no idea what they're doing. I have been to plenty of Applebee's and I've never had this experience, not once, not twice, but three times. I won't make the mistake a fourth time. When the lady finally brought my food out to me 45 minutes after I ordered, even though they told me 15 minutes, I told her it did not look like salmon and she said, it looks flaky, it's salmon. I said it doesn't look like there's any seasoning, She said, well eat it and find out. Not only do the cooks not know what they're doing, but the people there are rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I will be calling corporate Applebee's first thing tomorrow morning. I tried to erase the picture from my old review and add one of the salmon but for some reason it won't allow me to
Waited over 15 minutes for someone to greet me at the door and be seated. Waited a long time for someone to come to take my order and to be served. Chicken wonton tacos didn't have flavor. Onion rings kinda burnt. I had the whiskey bacon cheese burger, it was big mess piled on a bun. No exciting flavor. Only things that were good was the tall glass of Modelo and the atmosphere. Very disappointed. Wait staff didn't have a positive attitude, weren't thrilled to do their job.
Came in tonight with my husband, MIL and daughter and we were pretty disappointed in the service. Straight off the bat I got a bit of attitude from the server just for asking what was in the october drink specials(which they also didn't have any pamphlets for out on the tables anywhere). We were seated before 2 other groups, 1 of which was twice the amount of people as ours, both groups got food well before us, as well as drink refills. We waited an hour just for our 1 app and 2 soups, and another half an hour to 40 mins for the rest of our food, while the other parties had already gotten all their food and nearly finished even though we were seated first. We were only asked about refills once in the nearly 2 hours we waited for our main entrees, by the time we got the rest of our food we were ready to leave so took a few bites packed up and left. Probably will not be visiting this location again, we will stick to the one in our home town as we always have great service there.
This place is very rude and racist. I went to go eat there. I was the only Mexican as I placed my order. They were rude. I never got my food. Everybody that got there after me got their food I got sprayed in the face and eye with sanitizer the hostess was the one who sprayed me the guy that brought my salad, dropped. The dressing on the table, had his finger in my bowl. I asked why it’s taking so long. They gave me no response then when I was going to leave they said it’s ready, it’s just been sitting in the window I feel like it’s because of my race that I was treated poorly. It’s the second time that I was treated poorly as a customer. The manager with colored hair offered no solution, and he just smiled and said you should go rinse your eye out overall the worst experience I had I was treated poorly I was purposely assaulted
Unfortunately another bad experience. None of there staff could have cared less to help each other out. Tables were getting wrong orders around us also. Definitely not your neighborhood restaurant.
I get it,, Short staff. But when the waitresses are just hanging out and talking is frustrating, they probably needed a break. No clean tables, forgot about meal and didn't come out for over 35 minutes after our group was finished eating. I had Fiesta lime chicken. I ended up taking home because we stayed a long time already. Hope they can find more help.

Whatever you are paying Dylan it isn't enough. He waited on tables with small children and handled the screams and behavior with utmost respect. Eben got the kids to settle. I was at next table with my mom who is in a wheel chair. Again he treated her with respect and dignity. He is amazing as a person and a waiter. All the tables were happy with him and the service. Definitely AAA+++
