We sat outside on the patio as we had dogs. It was around 4pm on a Saturday. Our waitress was super sweet, it just seemed like she had way more tables than any of the other servers. If definitely took a lot of time it seemed to get our food, to wait on refills etc., but I would put it more on she had more tables than she could handle. We got the 2 for $25 deal with salad, which is a great deal. Food is decent and lots of options. I liked the chicken. The green beans weren’t my favorite. They turned on the outside fans for us when we asked.
Our bartender Mary was so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible. The manager Michael is a great manager & really knows how to make everything run smoothly. He was checking in on guests to make sure they’re happy, helping out their staff when things get busy, and handling any issues that come up with a calm and positive attitude. They set the tone for the whole place, making sure everyone feels welcome and valued.
Not only was the food wonderful and the atmosphere perfect, but the service I received from my waitress, Ms. Kay, was absolutely exceptional! As someone who is familiar with the serving industry, that was simply outstanding from beginning to end. (Even the hostess, Ms. Latoya was on point and marvelous!!) Matt, the bartender had fantastic service as well! BIG shout out to this team. I'm highly impressed and would highly recommend coming here. Definitely will be back for more delicious food and the lovely personalities/service. ????
Mary was phenomenal as a bartender and served the coldest beers! Manager came out to see how our service was, top notch of course! Would definitely recommend on service alone ❤️
Out of town on business. Thought hey they're not packed. Now I know why. Sat down pretty quick as it was empty. Tool about 20 minutes for a waitress to appear. She was sweet and courteous. Put in a drink order for 4 of us. Watched as the bartender ignored our waitress' drink order. Finally after 45 minute wait told the waitress we were leaving if our drinks weren't served soon. Magically the manager appeared from beyond and helped the bartender pour 1 beer and 2 margaritas. Food took just as long and was cold. Watched as other patrons argued with the manager about not paying for their meals. Waitress was the only reason we didn't leave as it wasn't her fault the back of the house was horrendous.
Been here a few times recently for Happy Hour with a friend! Good food and drinks were excellent. Staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back and recommend this place!
This place has completely done a turn around with the enviroment and the waitress, Victoria H. She was great and attentive to everything we requested plus the food was excellent and seasoned to perfection.
It takes a-lot for me to decide to stop going to a restaurant due to the years of restaurant management experience I have…I’ve always “gave the benefit of doubt” outlook.
We haven’t been back to this location in over a year due to the service, unfriendly staff, long waits on food and so much more.
We decided we would see if things were better and give this location another shot. So glad we did because this has been the best experience we have ever had at this Applebees! Mary (bartender/server) went over and beyond! She was very attentive, efficient, friendly, definitely knew what she was doing and good at it!!! I would have tried to steal her if I was still in the business!
Big shout out to the manager!! Stayed out on the floor, checked on EVERY guest in the restaurant! Extremely friendly, helpful and loved that he plays games with his employees to bring in the Christmas spirit!
Anything and everything the manager is doing, he is doing right!! Keep up the excellent work! Because of what you have done to turn this place around for the better, you will have returning customers! Word of mouth is powerful and I will be sure that all my friends and family knows that Tifton, GA Applebees is where it’s at and worth every penny!!!
