I always order to-go and my fries are always cold and old, my burger was fine and I expect the cold fries but today my boneless wings were cold and old as well and I arrived before the time they indicated for pick up! I always tip So I'm super annoyed and will probably never pre-tip again I always see social media comments about patrons not tipping, I tip every single time I order and I always regret it!
When I arrived there's no handicap in front of the door let alone any ramp to be a little bit more accessible to get from the parking lot to the sidewalk and where we end up sitting the lights were extremely dim God forbid if you turn them up just a little so we can actually see the menu I came in we were not even sitting yet and the waitress was already asking what would we like to drink when we don't even know what you guys have yet and Applebee's need to change their drink menu from Coca-Cola to have other choices available not just Coca-Cola items maybe root beer would be nice or ginger ale I ordered the honey peppered chicken pasta worst menu item ever the honey overpowered a lot of the taste of everything else and the dark breading was so overcooked and over breaded it was ridiculous I could not even eat half of it literally the first time I did not want to take leftovers home that's how nasty it was the glasses were sticky both for margaritas and regular drinks had to use napkins to hold our glasses the other menu items that we got was The Bourbon Street Chicken shrimp with mashed potatoes that was actually good the shrimp was slightly overcooked but still good I will definitely be coming back just ordering something else not the honey pepper chicken pasta that should be off the menu some people like it I definitely did not the customer service was surprisingly okay got no complaints there but I asked for no ice and I get extra ice in my drink
One of the best meals I’ve ever had at an Applebees! Great service and delicious food. Definitely recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. As well as the ribs. Pina colada virgin frozen drink is amazing as well! Will definitely come back for this great experience. Set the bar high :)

Update... We had a spontaneous lunch date today 11-4-23 and we enjoyed the 2 for $25 and a nice cocktail. I had a white peach sangara and David had a beer. Service and food was amazing once again but the only issue they didn't have the Auburn game on for my husband lol ROLL TIDE !!!
Despite coming here late on a Saturday night, my family and I were surprised at how upbeat the staff seemed and how delicious the food tasted. We had a very pleasant experience.
The hostesses at this location are terrible. Have eaten at this location for over 5 years and got hassled on my recent visit about seating. The coke machine and lemonade went out while there. Still got upcharged on my drink when I had a sweet tea and they charged me for the fancy lemonade I didn't get. No wonder restaurants are going under.
This is a day that me and my mom went out to celebrate the anniversary of my brother in heaven. The food was not good. They tried to rip us off. My mom chicken was too thick to chew and they had it out in five minutes. Not even fresh to be exact. My food was warm and no flavor in the four cheese honey pepper. Spending $30 for one person like it was some fine dining.

Personal for the cost of my mom's and brother's, their portion size was terribly small.
Worst problem is that the waitress was not listening to anything that anyone was saying. She did what she wanted to do. We asked that the check be split and she put it all together. She didn't correct it.
