I can honestly say that the food and service was astounding! I will confess that we were a bunch (there were 7 of us) coming in at 10:20pm at night. Admittedly not the best timing because we were coming in so late on a week night... but we were just getting out of a magic lecture and needed some food. We were a little tepid at first, but warmed up after we showed the staff a couple of magic tricks. We had a wonderful time! Thank you kindly! Have a glorious day!
This place is ridiculous it used to be our favorite spot for wings and drinks now it’s not due to undercooked wings we told the manager on duty and he took it off the bill which wasn’t good enough so today the general manager calls and offer ten dollars electric gift card like are you serious smh and had the nerve to say we don’t know it was food poisoning or not no care in the world we will not be back Chili’s will be our spot for now on
Can't think of a reason to remove a star. I know it's a chain restaurant with safe meal choices, but everything was cooked and seasoned well. My steak was very good. The perfect margarita drinks are excellent. The prices are decent too. Applebee's has won the chain restaurant war if you ask me.
I’ve never had a correct order at this location. There is always part of the order missing. The last time I was there we ordered two meals and there was something missing from BOTH meals. Going out of my way to go to a different location from now on. If you go to this one, good luck!
Ive never written a review but… I’ve gone to the Applebees in Greece and always order the same thing. 2 for 32 chicken and mashed potatoes. I’ve never had an issue but after I ate here it had me running to the bathroom in an hour. Pls pray for me. Service was great tho! However she did ask if I wanted a refill and never brought my drink back.
We visited this location this evening as a family of five from out of town. The host that seated us was lovely. However after sitting down no one came to our table and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Servers and what I believe to be the manager walked past our table and looked at us (making eye contact) several times without even saying “ I’ll be with you in a minute…or someone will be with you shortly”.
We didn’t get a chance to taste the food, but the service was non existent.
After about 20 minutes we left and went to McDonalds a couple doors down where we had a great experience with excellent service.
Deeply regret leaving even a small tip for an online order. I would recommend a cash tip after service is complete to allow you to tip accordingly. Don't need gold glove service but something is definitely amiss:
The positive:
- after all this the server did ask if I wanted a drink on the house. I assume its because of the wait but at that point it was too late. No effort was out in while I was waiting for the order to check on the order.
- the server was young. Ton of opportunity to grow but I would recommend management make better decisions about who provides service and who supports it as a busser
The issue:
- placed online
- supposed to be ready around 8:20
- waited on 1 bread stick for 40 minutes (??????)
- got the food at 9 pm
- food was cold. Bread sticks weren't even warm so idk what I say around for 40 minutes for
- servers were having a conversation about some personal altercation completely unrelated to their job for like 20 minutes
- to top it off the food wasn't even great and noticeabley worse than last time I ordered. I always get the same thing - chicken pasta. Pasta was way too dry with barely any sauce, chicken was stiff, and bread sticks didn't seem fresh. Might have been because they were cold, but who knows at that point.
- like others have said you are basically ignored. It's a service business. I've worked in service. Even when days are rough you provide service or you find another Job at Popeyes or something
Order here if you want. You'll get your food eventually. It wasn't even busy and no one was rushing. It was a Tuesday evening.
Stopped in at 11 pm, took advantage of 1/2 price apps and drink specials, the bartender was very attentive. We ordered the 1/2 price boneless garlic Parm wings followed with the 2/$24, great choice and options! We enjoyed a huge draft and house margarita while waiting for our food. Not many places open during the week at this time. Food came out quick and was very good. We ended up with leftovers for lunch the next day! We were in and out in an hour, great option for a late meal during the week, they're open until 12.
