The chicken Wonton Tacos were made with more love in Delaware. Neater and with less cilantro. Otherwise fine. Good service.
I ordered the $9.99 special with the cheese burger. I received it, cut it in half noticed it wasn’t done all the way so I sent it back. About 3 or 4 minutes later my waitress brings the same burger back out and says they put it back on the grill. Do you know how many health violations they violated by “putting it back on the grill” Not to mention my friend ordered the same special but with the chicken sandwich. His chicken was not cooked all the way. I high advise to not even bother. Worst Applebees experience EVER!
Disappointed to say the least. The main course of our food was great my burger was very juicy and everything on it was great and my friends steak and mac and cheese were delicious as well unfortunately that's where the good stopped. My side french fries were basically all end pieces and hard and my friends broccoli was brown and wet and obviously had been sitting all day. She also got one of the special holiday drinks which was good but missing the gummy that is supposed to be in the drink as it has in the picture but didn't have any really shouldn't advertise it if you don't have it. Now on to the service which was absolutely horrible no other way to describe it. Over 20 minutes for our food asked for a soda refill and waited 10 minutes for that which I finally got at the end of my meal which I didn't really need at that point. She never asked once if everything was ok I had also mentioned it was my friend's birthday and nothing from the waitress (Jordan) not even a token Happy Birthday. The atmosphere is a typical Applebee's nothing special but still nice and clean inside and out but who really goes for just the atmosphere nowadays and when the atmosphere is the best part of your meal that's a BIG PROBLEM. Goes without saying we will not be going back as this location as this was our first and last visit to this Applebee's which is ashame as it's only 5 minutes from my house I guess it's back to Cracker Barrel right next store. So save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere because it's not worth it TRULY DISAPPOINTING!
I done been here about....3x and each time I have a good time. Most recently I went with my 4 year old son for his bday. We had us a good ol time. We did have to wait a bit for the waiter to come in the beginning and then again when it was time to pay - but it was Friday @ 6p - what you expect ???? , but he apologized for the wait both times. Sweet guy. We loved it.
u gotta tell them too cook the burger a billion times for them to make it well done or its gonna be in the inside tryna get ppl sick, and the dude with the santa hat at the bar was very rude for no reason and they burnt my fries tryna be smart
Applebee’s...is like the go to because they’re so close and have some of the best Long Island iced tea’s. Pennsville has a good wait staff...we had Rickii the last time and she really had me laughing ????. Keir (I may have spelled his name wrong) is a good waiter also, he even remember the type of drinks we were going to order. Keep up the good work Pennsville ✊???? As far as the food...the Chicken sandwich was good and I also enjoyed the burger.
Good atmosphere. With big portions would go there again if I needed a quick stop on a long drive across the states
I visit frequently when I want to watch a game. It's a place to watch sports. The food is good. There's excellent service.
