Best WLM Reviews
Popped in to catch the second half of Thursday night football. I had the 4 cheese mac n cheese with honey bacon chicken. It was delicious. Decided to test drive a few dollar zombies, and they were also very good.
Thank you for the wonderful service and lunch on Veterans Day. The place was packed and the employees did an amazing job keeping the flow going. We always ask for Terra's section because she truly has the best smile and service! Much appreciation to a Tom and & Wendy Ray for the cold beer they bought this veteran. ????????
Rosie J was the best Waitress that i've seen in a very long time... She was extremely. Efficient helpful and friendly. She made sure to come back and check on us many times which most waitresses will not do. Thanks Rosie you made our dining experience much more pleasurable.
Was seated. Then ignored for 20 plus minutes while tables seated after my party where taken care of. Didn't even get a glass of water... very dissatisfied. Decided to go to another place and was served and taken care of well. When we got up to leave Applebee's none of the staff even noticed. ???? sad. Do better. Will not be back or recommending.
My wife and I came out to celebrate and we had the pleasure of having Tristan as our server. I've been out to eat everywhere in this town as well as other towns in many other states and his professionalism and kindness is so far beyond what I have experienced everywhere else. He is a Rockstar and deserves special recognition. He is the perfect example of how every server should interact with customers.
Pretty busy place (of course) so there isn't a specific time I'd recommend to go, but they had amazing severs that didn't miss a beat! They listen really well to specifics. Amazing service!
The food came out hot as desired and tastebud pleasing!
Highly recommend! ????????
I am traveling for work and the night before I places a to go order. The meal itself had way to much spice for my liking but the server and the presentation were impeccable! I did a review regarding the meal and the next day I got a call from the manager on Duty. (I wish I grabbed his name. ) He was so nice!!! I came in that evening and he had spoken with Leah the evening manager on duty. She took care of my meal, no questions ask. Not only did she take care of it but she talked with me and built a personal connection.
What am absolute wonderful experience! From this encounter I am confident in saying this team in Lewiston has it together and truly care about the dining experience in their restaurant.
If I could recommend a specific recognition for these two managers please shout them out and let them know their service did not go unseen.
Our first visit to Applebee's in years. Pleasantly surprised. 2 for $26 a great deal ,& choices a plenty(recommend adding shrimp). Portion sizes ample & high quality.
