Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. We had a great experience on our date night and enjoyed the music selection as well! Also a plus having hockey on tv!
The food was fantastic especially for a Tuesday afternoon. The cook seasoned the food just right. The waitress was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was slightly slow coming out but so well worth the wait. I'll definitely be going back here
I ordered my meal online and received an overcooked hard crunchy salmon with molded brown colored broccoli with cold quesadillas that had a long brown strand of hair in it. The manager by the name of “Sylvia” tried to resolve the issue by first discrediting my claim but then offering a $20 credit for the mishap but the experience with the hair in my quesadillas, brown moldy broccoli and crunchy overcooked salmon seemed a little weird and intentional so I passed on the $20 credit and will not be visiting this establishment any further. I will be contacting the BBB due to the hair in my food because that was super disgusting and there should be some kind of accountability on the cooks and the managers behalf. Very displeased retired veteran. Get it together Applebees! Be very cautious buying food from this place.
I had the worst experience at Apple Bees last Wednesday night. I understand it was late, but we arrived around 9pm, which is 2 hours before they close. The waitress was tired and yawny, our dip was cold, my husband never received his bread stick that comes with the pasta, and I had a long piece of hair in my salad. I was so disgusted I couldn't eat anything else and will not be back.
We had a great evening. Not too crowded. Good music!! Our server Lexi was fabulous, great personality!! She kept us informed made sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good too. Hot with great flavor. We will be back!!
Frank, was absolutely amazing. He served us with the upmost professionalism and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Building was exceptionally clean. I would definitely come back just for the experience that Frank provided.
He deserves a raise and promotion!
Food was served hot and fresh, 3 stars for service they took over 30 minutes for the food to come to table
Lexi was our waitress and she was amazing!! We had so much fun with her and she got right in laughing and joking with our family. Her service was exceptional!!
