Applebee’s was great, if you sit by the window and want a view onto time square you have to look over a balcony that has dead birds on top of it, it’s really off putting. Some of the older led lighting dosent work outside anymore and I feel it’s losing its charm please clean the over hanging roof and wash the windows it’s a bit of a concern when eating you meal. Food was great and staff were lovely too.
It’s a chain restaurant in a busy part of New York City - you know you aren’t going to get anything mind blowing, but for what it is, it does the job well. As a British tourist, this felt really “American” and we loved the experience. Is the food anything special? No. Will I remember anything I ate? Probably not. But the service was fab and it felt classic American. We ordered the NFL cocktails which came in a bucket which we thought were really fun!
Julio, was our server. It was amazing. He did such a good job taking care of us. And recommending drinks to us. The passion fruit margarita was amazing! Thank you for the great hospitality
I recently had the pleasure of dining out, and I must say, the experience was elevated to a whole new level thanks to our waiter, Mohamed. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, making sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our meal enjoyable.
Throughout our time there, Mohamed constantly checked in on us, ensuring our drinks were always refilled without us even having to ask. His timing was impeccable, and it was evident that he was fully present and dedicated to providing excellent service.
Not only was he efficient, but his politeness truly stood out. He greeted us with a warm smile and maintained a friendly demeanor that made our dining experience even more pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who combines attentiveness with such a natural charm.
In short, Mohamed is one of the best servers I have ever had!
Great location, very convenient, super crowded most of the time.
Food quality was good. So was the cocktails.
Definitely recommend to stop by for either a quick break or grab a full meal.
Service was a bit slow, like mentioned above they were busy and looked a bit short staff as well.
For allergy stuffers - No Latex gloves used for preparation of food.

I really like the food in this place. Me and my friend enjoy the food and the service was really nice! The girl who takes care of us was very kind and sweet. The only thing I would say we didn’t like is the girl who takes pictures never approach to us to take a picture when she was taking pictures of everyone! Honestly we wanted to buy a photo for a memory but we felt kinda discriminated for her…maybe she thought we don’t have money to pay for the picture because she even took pictures for another couple who was there…we were the only table she didn’t take her time to ask if we want pictures but I guess it’s okay that doesn’t reuní of night for sure.
