This store is off the main drag for pigeon forge but that’s no reason no to drive over! Excellent food. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Fair prices! Stopped in Thursday at 12:30 for lunch and had zero wait time for anything. Every dish we got was delicious! Server was attentive but not overbearing. Come by next time you’re in town!
Visited on Thanksgiving. So grateful they were open as we really had no other plans. Restaurant was clean, we were seated right away, and the food was good. The Hot Honey Chicken was really good! The staff were really friendly as well. Thank yall for feeding my family on Thanksgiving when I know yall would've rather been with your families. We appreciate you.
Firstly I want to say there was only 2 other tables occupied other than us. We got seated immediately but took over 20 minutes just to get our drink orders. Then took 30 minutes to get our drinks and food. My tea tasted like water. Then you can tell my sandwich and potatoes sat under the heat lamp for a while there was a film coating over my potatoes and my bread was soggy. My fiancees 4 cheese mac n cheese was soggy and they dumped the greasy stuff from the chicken on top (pictured). Oh and our plates were dirty.
Service wasn't as good as expected. It was decent, but I've had much better
I asked the server to run the gift card I had for $25 and put the rest on my debit card so I could leave a tip. He took both cards and when he returned, said don't worry, your gift card covered it all and walked away. So he was left with only the remaining amount on the card for a tip.
Other than that I would return,, the place is beautiful and the food was great
Loved this place first visit to an Applebee's food was good and sizes was great. Very good value for money I got dolly margaritas for a dollar. Thought they would be shot size but 4 full size drinks came out can't complain
It's always a pleasure when in the area to stop in at this Applebee's. So Sunday afternoon, March 3rd, 2024 around 6pm stopped in after coming back from the town of Sevierville & I sure enjoyed some great service, good food, & great sweet tea. I ordered Grilled chicken garlic mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli & added one garlic bread stick. I shouldn't have but it was .50 cents. Most restaurants have complimentary bread but not there. Also the food it was tasty. The Chicken was moist & juicy & the garlic mashed potatoes was very flavourful had a good consistency. Also, I loved that the broccoli was steamed properly. It wasn't "cooked to death" haha. So to speak. The .50 cent Garlic bread stick.
It wasn't as fresh as it should have been. So I can't give straight five stars this time.
The food was good but the service could definitely use some work. Sat for 25 min before anyone even came to ask our drink orders and then once the food came out waiter basically disappeared for the rest of the meal.
In my most recent visit at Applebee’s on Collier Drive in Sevierville, TN, my experience was far less than stellar.
After working all day, I ordered a carside to go order. I waited until my estimated pickup time lapsed and politely called to have my order brought to me, only to be told, “Oh, yeah, you’ll have to come in for that,” and hung up.
What? What is the purpose of a “carside” order if I’m coming inside to pick it up?
When I went inside, I quickly realized it wasn’t due to an overabundance of people dining in or a lack of workers. The dining room was nearly dead and there were three associates standing around the host counter - including a manager.
The bartender brought the food to the lobby and quickly demanded a signature so they could get back to doing what they were doing - talking to the others standing at the host stand.
Very inappropriate and very disappointing.
The food at this location is spot-on delicious. The service, however, needs a complete overhaul.
