Luke J gave us amazing service was very nice even had a nice conversation I recommend coming to this Applebees in specific for the kindness given by Luke and the others who work here and we will certainly be coming back here and the boneless wings were the best along with the bourbon street steak along with the chicken sandwich my friend had which you can see everything besides the wings in the picture (we cleared the plate almost instantly)
I just moved here from Jersey. This was one of my absolute favorite restaurants back home. Come on, and this one did not fail period the food the atmosphere the staff was really great. My family and I waited over 10 minutes to be seated and the waitress just walked passed giving eye contact multiple times. The place was empty only 2 people at the bar and two families already seated and eating. Even one of the guest seated was looking confused why we have not been served. It was clear we were the only blacks in there and maybe it wasn’t our day! Maybe they should hold a sign out next time saying “blacks aren’t allowed” . I haven’t been to this place in years but was in town visiting my family and decided to grab a bite. As we was leaving out after still not being served a group of “non blacks” walked in. My nephew went back in and they was seated immediately. Definitely won’t be back to this racist establishment!!!
Awesome service by Luke J!! Food was amazing, wish I got a picture of the wings but they were so good me and my friend polished them off. The chicken sandwich is what I had it was good! Thanks again Luke for the great friendly service!
We went to celebrate a family birthday. The store seemed to be short staffed, but we never felt neglected or like there was a long wait time. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our waiter did an amazing job and it was a great time.
I had a terrible experience here 2 years ago. Have never wanted to come back because I was not treated well even after my complaints. I went back anyways to the Applebee's in winter haven tonight because it's my bday and my all time favorite restaurant. I was nervous because of the service last time but LUKE made my experience 30 times better. Me and my kids will be returning as long as Luke is clocked in! He was very understanding of my kids changing there minds and checked on us every few minutes. He is so kind and made my birthday experience one of the best. h
His kindness and his caring about our experience was truly my favorite part. I certainly hope wherever he goes in this company that other people get to experience his willingness to serve and be kind. The manager Mary was just as kind when I called the restaurant to explain how great my experience was. 20 out of 10!
Went in for the ALL YOU CAN EAT RIBLETS, BONELESS WINGS, AND SHRIMP.

Shrimp did not taste good, tasted as if they were left out too long.
Found a date tag in my sons Mac and cheese.
My wife and I waited about 10 minutes at the host station and we never saw even 1 employee in the restaurant. We could hear them back in the kitchen but not one made an appearance to seat us. There was only 2 tables with customers eating at them. This was around 4 pm on 12/10/24. We finally left when nobody came to seat us or acknowledge us in any way. This is a terrible way to run a business!!!
