Server had to go back and forth multiple times. Had to continue to ask for things. Didn't get spoons for kids applesauce. Tables were sticky.
I had called concerning a resident that needed special accommodations, for starters the person I spoke with was very nice and knowledge of our special circumstances. I was just updated that she greeted our staff and residents upon entry and did everything she could to help them. Everyone was highly satisfied with the service they received. I am a fan of Applebee's food, but the service at this particular location was above and beyond good. Special shout-out to Kaitlyn and Anthony who were so caring and helpful and thoughtful. Anyone who goes by, this Applebee's is for sure a place to stop.

Food quality has really seemed to take a hit in the most recent years. I went a couple of weeks ago and the food didn’t taste good. Figured it might have just been an off night for them. However the next time I visited the food still tasted terrible.
Eh. It was ok. We all got the special which was a burger on Monday.
Took 50 minutes to get our food. Food was sorta warm when it came out. The ONLY thing I ask was for NO PICKLES on it. Food came out... it looked good.

Food was mediocre at best. Go somewhere else and get better food.
The last 3 times I have ordered food to go from this location it has been wrong. They can't even make a salad correctly, so why would I think that they could make a Clubhouse Grille sandwich correct. They don't care that you have to run back and waste your time and gas to get what you wanted the first time. And don't ever let them give you a credit and think it will be there when you go back, this place is a joke. And the manager Brice is worthless and when you tell him you've dealt with him in the past he cant recall ever dealing with you at best he'll offer you a pop or a dessert to make it right... I would give them Zero Stars if I could. I will never go back to this Apple Bees again,maybe corporate should considered retraining kitchen and management.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at an Applebees! We entered the half empty restaurant last weekend with a party of 10 and asked if they could accommodate. The hostess said she would need to ask the manager. We also mentioned we would be willing to split our party up and sit 2 separate tables and checks. The hostess came back and rudely said she would not be able to seat us together but could seat us at 2 tables but we wouldn’t be near each other. We waited a moment for the rest of our party to arrive and agreed that we didn’t mind not sitting together. When we re-entered, the hostess then changed what she said and stated they couldn’t seat us at all. The manager then came over and was extremely rude stating it was Applebee’s policy to not seat a party of 10. We tried to point out that we were happy to be 2 separate parties instead or even 3 if they needed but they refused to have us. They did seat several other parties during this entire exchange. We ended up leaving and ate at the Brickhouse restaurant a few doors down. They happily accommodated us and even sat us all together. The food and service at Brickhouse was delicious thankfully after starting out with such terrible service at this Applebees.
Onion soup was waitress just mush. All I had no mushing bread hardly any onions. Ribs I couldn't even cut sent them back. Order a steak not all that good but ate it . Fries I didn't like.
Waitress was very good left a good tip not her fault food was bad
