I came here on a busy Saturday night with my family and while there was a wait we were sat within 5 minutes in a place that we had requested! My server was Marissa and she had one of the best personalities i have met in a server. She treated us with kindness while also explaining everything we needed to know as well as a little joking around! It made our experience a lot more fun than we were expecting! a 5/5 star is deserved!!!
Just ate at Applebee's Clemmons location. Marissa was a wonderful server. Both of us ordered the Big meal deal bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. Cooked perfectly and the fries were too!
Upon walking in the door host didn't even acknowledge us coming thru the door the he attempted to seat another family prior to us once I explained that we were there first he had an attitude but the waitress made up for the experience with him food was good and drink special was awesome. Overall experience I'd rate it a 3.5 out of 5!
Want to thank Rob and his crew for hosting a lunch for veterans for former members of the Forgotten
Sons and current members of the Forgotten Sons on Veterans Day they pulled the lunch off without a hitch. Bartenders servers were awesome. They have also done anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions of ours and it was all the same with without a hitch. Want to give them all a big hand thank you Rob and thank you crew .NapalmSFFS
I ordered the blackened Salmon and it was delicious, I normally don’t like Salmon but this was my first time ordering it from Applebee’s and I was very pleased, I also had the garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. The food was hot and fresh and the door dasher was friendly. Since this was a delivery order I did not rate the atmosphere, however I did call the store to express my gratitude for their service! Very satisfied!
Our waitress Hannah was great tonight, the bartender Ebeny (think spelling wrong there) did a good job too! I felt really bad for Hannah, because first the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all, then after I had gotten my steak, it was undercooked, and I had gotten my second adult beverage and it was missing the cherry's. Overall, great service from both Hannah and Ebeny, a poorly made free steak, and a happy date. Will gladly go again!
I am a big fan of Applebee's restaurants and this was me and my guest 1st time coming to this location. The exterior and interior of this restaurant are spotless. When we walked in the restaurant, we didn't have to wait in line or wait too long to be seated. Once seated, we were introduced to our waitor, and he immediately took our drink orders. I ordered a "Blue Bahama Mama," which came in a large glass cup. I also ordered a new entree at this location called" Buffalo chicken wedge salad." My entrée and my Bahama Mama was delicious. My guest ordered a steak entree with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My guest and I enjoyed our visit here and most likely will return.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I haven't been to Applebee's in years, but I really enjoyed this! I came in with a large group for veterans Day, and the service and food were top notch! I'll be back for sure!
