It's Monday night, and that means burger night at Applebees. Of course we had to go. Everything was great all the way up to getting our food. My daughter and my wife's burgers came out exactly how they were to be. Mine on the other hand came out wrong. Instead of being negative about things the waitress not only apologies but also went above and offered a free desert for the trouble. Either way it was worth the wait. My burger was beyond delicious and so were the fries. I will be returning for more food and great drinks.
We travel all around the country and always like to try to visit one Applebees in the area where we are visiting. Menus mostly are the same all around as they should be, service and food all depends upon the staff.
We stopped at this one and we were very pleased with everything, service was great and food was delicious, also we noticed that many locals like this place as well, which is a very good sign. Jeremy the bartender is awesome and attentive, even though he was very busy! For sure this place is a good place to enjoy a good meal and great service.
Very good food and service. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant and left very satisfied. The food was on point and our waitress was very helpful and took care of us extra even when we had 7 kids.
My family and I had dinner there tonight. Our server, Sammy, was great!! Great service and she had a great personality! The manager, Donna was great too! Super friendly and helpful! Overall, great experience and service!
Came in on a Tuesday night and the place was packed…. Got sat right in front of a tv to watch the game, the only issue, the steak came out over done. Otherwise great service great food and value.
I normally like going to Applebee's but the one in port orange nope. Let's see the place was hot. Like the AC was having problems. I did the all you can eat apps. The ribs were tough and very little meat. The shrimp was ok but the cocktail sauce was barely above ketchup. The best thing was the boneless wings. They were ok flavor and not over cooked.
I ordered 2 French onions soup to go. Both of the soups had SOLID pieces of cheese on them. The soup was fine but cheese was not melted whatsoever. Not to mention we put the to go order in on the way to Applebees, when we only live 15 minutes away. This is absolutely ridiculous and if i wasn’t in a hurry i would’ve brought them back. Service is great , but a solid piece of cheese makes it not edible.
Service was very slow..not enough help...I had shrimp and broccoli Alfredo and linguine...the broccoli was about raw.. linguine under cooked and sauce on noodles ECT was very dry..like it had been sitting..my husband was not happy with his meal either.. mentioned but no manager came over nor any options to make things right..very disappointed..we used to go all the time..was happy going back . I'd like to go again but not have that whole deal..sat down and didn't even have silverware...
