Had the shrimp parmesan, skin mashed potatoes, and cheese broccoli. Steak and potatoes were awesome. The broccoli could've used less pepper. Server was awesome!
We came for dinner. The restaurant was about 1/3 empty on this week night. Televisions around the bar aired several sporting events.
The wait staff was helpful and nice
We were seated right away and ordered off the 2 for $25 menu. One appetizer to share (we had onion rings, which were quite good). I had the Oriental Chicken Salad, and my partner had the cheese burger.
The restrooms were clean and stocked.
Grateful they were open got here just before 1 o’clock, and they served me all out of hamburgers, which doesn’t make any sense except the discard. Corporation needs to get new leadership and management. There’s no reason you should be out of hamburger patties. Had rib-eye steak, it was terrible similar to what I remember 15 years ago. I got a sided butter. I don’t think it was better.????
Not Sure, what was up with the broccoli but all of the trunks had black going up the trunk nasty. And did I mention EXPENSIVE!?!?
Honestly this Applebee's location is my favorite. Lindsey does great at leading by example. She really puts in work and with a positive attitude. Vu is the man great energy, this guy has an aura and high level dedication about him. Jericha, Estrella, and Yasmeen aren't just good service but they can throw back a joke or two. The ladies are attentive and have some very solid and have great recommendations even diet conscious food and DRINKS ????.
Stood at the counter waiting to be greeted, never happened. Staff eating coming out the kitchen, other staff looked but never spoke. Leaning over the wall and on their phone. It was 11 at night, maybe 3 tables and a few people at the bar. The dinning room was dirty with food and napkins on the floor. We walked out. Happy not spend our money elsewhere.
We came into town for a funeral. Thanks to our waiter “Christian” and his excellent service, we got to enjoy each other company and food. We were a party of 6. He was on top of everything and I wish there were more servers like him.
Well, I haven't been to Applebee's in about 20 years, but i decided to give it a try tonight because of the combo special recently advertised. I walked into the restaurant and was not greeted with a smile. I asked the two hostesses, "Why do you look so sad?". They looked at each other, quite confused, which made me chuckle. I sat at the bar and was nicely greeted by the bartender. I ordered a margarita with my dinner. I couldn't help but immediately notice that the atmosphere was dead (maybe 10 people) & three staff members were trying to fight to stay awake while leaning on the bar yawning, drinking to maybe hydrate because the bar area was so darn hot. I couldn't help but laugh and stated that someone needs to turn down the heat a few notches. My drink arrived ( I still don't get ordering a margarita and having to pour it into a martini glass, no matter what bar I sit at, let alone the price of 13 bucks for one. Still messy.) and after a while, so did my plate. I requested my steak for medium well ( I'll let you be the judge of it) but decided to eat it anyway. As I continued to eat dinner, it seemed that there was a party/live action going on in the kitchen, which explains why the staff would disappear to the back to avoid the heat wave to maybe wake up. Once the heat came down, I started to notice people staying in seats and 11 tables full. I intended on staying to have a few drinks, but as I finished my meal and paid the tab, I turned around to make my way towards the ladies' room. At the corner bar table were seven staff members sitting & occupying the corner table. I was quite surprised. Come on, staff! Get it together. Never have I had dinner in a place like this. No wonder Applebee's branches are closing, and those that are open are failing to bring back their customers. Sorry, but I don't believe that I will be returning to another Applebee's.
Been coming here for more than two years and I can say it’s my favorite place to have dinner, the entire staff treats their patrons so well. The staff definitely make me feel welcome
