It started out good, but the bartender was a horrible server. I practically finished my water before my quesadilla chicken salad came out. And NEVER got a refill. She was too busy chatting it up with her girlfriends who can be seen in the background of the attached picture.
The food was good. But that was about the extent of it. Good cooks, bad bartender. What kind of server lets their customer eat almost their entire meal with nothing to drink? Perhaps had she asked if I needed anything, I could’ve said “some more water please”. Guess I shouldn’t have spent my money here.
Update: I just read Hillary Thomas’ review and my experience was SOO similar with the bartender (I think Maria) ignoring me and flirting with the guy next to me and communicating with the Spanish speaking customers but not the non-Spanish speaking customers. Which is fine, it just means I’m not welcome here. I wasn’t gonna report it, but Hillary did and my experience was spot on, so….
I placed a delivery order for half rack ribs with mashed potatoes. The ribs were so overcooked and dry they were inedible. I took a pic and got a refund. But that's not the point. The food should be edible and delicious not the dried out excuse that was delivered to me. No excuse for this. Shameful!
Best bar/ restaurant in Seattle. Gourmet food. Exquisite cocktails. Knowledgeable mixologists. Chicken tenders are divine.
The food was way too salty, the veggies were cold, and the potatoes tasted instant. A dinner for 2 cost 70.00 with tip... no thanks, I'll take my money where the food is not like a lunchroom. The pictures were the best I could take to make the food look good. We got more hot broccoli to replace the cold ones, but a day late and 30 dollars to much for what we received
Amazing Customer Service Despite a Wait!!!
We recently dined at Applebees at Bothell, and although there was a bit of a wait for our meals, the experience was made great by their excellent customer service. The manager, David, went above and beyond by offering us a free meal to make up for the delay. It’s rare to find a restaurant that truly values its customers like this. The food was also delicious once it arrived, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Our server was amazing. We were seated and talked to by the general manager Michael. Very kind and amazing person. Our server Lisa was very kind and real, she helped us find the best deal and thing to eat on the menu she was friendly and honest and she made us feel at home. ????
Great server “ish” good service and great food. Today’s order: steak, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. I ordered the Tex Mex Shrimp bowl. All very delicious. Beverages today Jack n Pepsi and red blend wine. Everything was great. The service was exceptional. We were greeted and the person opened the door when we entered and when we left the building. Manager was friendly and busy walking around. Restaurant clean and busy. The bar area was busy as well. The server bar tender name Ish was very attentive and on point. I enjoyed celebrating my birthday and anniversary here today. Look forward to dining again.
Had great service here from the staff and ate off the happy hour menu. Nice spot to watch a game or grab a casual drink. Not to busy on weekdays either. The food was good as well!
