Best WLM Reviews

Nice, cozy Applebees. Staff is great, and it feels more “homey” than others I’ve visited. Kylee is a wonderful server and is so helpful and kind.
62 dollars for boneless wings that's dry definitely better options in town then this
We stopped in here today for dinner.
It was only about 5 o’clock and so we were seated very quick.
The food was very good.
It was cooked properly and the place was clean.
The wait staff was a little bit interesting but other than that it was a nice place to eat
I decided to mix it up and eat at Applebee's for dinner. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger deal that is currently being advertised on television. The sandwich was good. It was nice and hot when I got it.
The service left something to be desired, especially in this day and age where everyone thinks they're entitled to big tips. Alana was my server. She was nice enough when she took my order, but another gal brought me my food. Alana never checked on me to see if my food was alright or not. Heck, she never stopped by my table again until after I was finished eating. That's unfortunate, because I would have left a better tip if she had actually checked on me.
I always see waiters and waitresses complain about getting poor or bad tips. Remember, you earn your tip. You're not entitled to it. When you ignore your tables then get either no tip or just a few dollars, you guys complain. Just remember that you probably did it to yourself. Just because I'm by myself a lot doesn't mean that I don't tip well. I typically give 40+ percent tips if I'm well taken care of. When don't take good care of me, I leave $1-$2.
Regardless, I won't be coming back to Vincennes Applebee's.
Food was dry, ready slow on giving us our drinks
Walked in to pick up food. Waited 10 minutes for someone to greet me. Food was not ready until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Almost every table on the restaurant was covered in dishes. Customers at 7 tables. Bartender tried to give me someone else's order. I do not recommend this restaurant at this location unless you have an endless amount of time and patience.
Ordered a sirloin medium. It was super thin and overcooked! A mcdonalds burger patty is thicker than their "steaks". Boyfriend ordered Alfredo pasta and got noodles. The pasta was so dry it didn't look like alfredo was even in it. Going to Texas roadhouse from now on
My husband & I are driving to Chicago from Florida for July 4th holiday & didn't want fast food so decided to stop by at this Applebee's. 4 ladies were already waiting to be seated when we walked in. They told us that they had been waiting a while to be seated, they left because no one had came to the front to seat them. There were plenty of seating available. We waited atleast 15 mins for a host or waitress or even a manager to come to the front to seat us. They all would just glance to the front & continue taking care of the customers that they were already serving. Another couple came in with 2 small children & still no one came to assist us. We left a bit frustrated. I understand it's a holiday & you may be short staffed but you should atleast acknowledge the people waiting to be seated. We felt completely ignored but yet looked straight into our eyes a few times & didn't say anything. We decided to go across the street where the first 4 ladies went to Texas Toad House where we immediately was greeted with kindness & had great service. I hope the next customers that walked in Applebee's were treated better.
