Ordered DoorDash after not eating Applebees for 8 years. We didn’t have many options for food after being turned around due to food waters when we were trying to head home. So we got a hotel, ordered Applebees, we were slightly dreading the food but it was all we could agree on. Long story short, everything was excellent, even via DoorDash!
If I could rate this location a 0 I would.
Worst customer service from the manager. Not to mention I was overcharged after reviewing their menu prices vs my total!, they also undercooked my food so I ended up eating Del Taco instead the night i ordered because Applebees closed.. AND every single thing In my bag was covered in ranch so by the time i got to my car, i saw my entire seat with ranch all over it (which felt intentonal after the nasty attitude i got from male manager). Very unpleasant experience. Bartender wasn't very pleasant either, but she wasn't blatantly rude like said manager. I regret wasting money here and definitely should not have tipped that behavior at all. Go right across the street to the big C for better service and far better tasting chain restaurant food
Good food, great service and fun atmosphere. Those at the bar were entertained by the bartender, the rest of us enjoyed our meals!

After taking a walk I decided to stop in and have some ribs. They were super yummy and instead of the coleslaw I order broccoli. The food was hot. The service was fast Jazzlyn was a great server, kind and very attentive. The bus person asked if he could take my some thing out of my way. He was a little two quick on the draw and had to bring me a new water. I would go here again and I would give the server 5 stars…
Wrost service ever walked and the host walked off after looking at me got seated and had a 8 minute wait where the waitress finally came and got our drink order and is is at 2 in the afternoon several minutes later, she returned with our drinks and then took our food order. I began to think that they had to go kill the cow before they could bring our food received it, and mine was lukewarm and red in the middle for t. Cheese, a bacon cheeseburger. Let the waitress know that it was read. She took it back, waited. Several minutes received a new one. The Patty was smashed down so hard. It was like a Smashburger. This slice of cheese was as if they just took a slice of cheese, dense wiped it on there and then took it off. Nothing there hardly at all. Oh, and they forgot the bacon. It was the worst service I've had in a while. I would not recommend eating in this establishment. In this town, granted only 2 restaurants like that. In this town, I would still go to chili's
Got seated right away. Drinks came quick and appetizers followed. Our entrees were good but the waiter didn’t check on us as much and forgot to get our refills. Chocolate lava cake is always a treat plus the bill was decent.
Wow I guess I need to start checking reviews before I go to any restaurant. However, I've been a Applebee's loyal customer for years and usually have great service and great experience. However, not the case here I cannot tell you how bad that Manager is I watched him stand around and kid with the employees while nobody checked on tables and then when my order got there, only my appetizer was in the bag, my main and his remedy is just a refund my money never mind I have nothing to eat for dinner! I think the general manager needs to look into the store very deeply!
