On a Saturday night at 11pm we arrived, we sat at the bar. The bartender appeared to be rude each time we asked him for things we needed, such as the Utensils to eat with!? So I spoke on his rudeness, and he stated he had been there since they opened, and the cash register was not working right, he had to leave the bar area to cash everyone out and customers were walking out. I tried to understand, but when we got our spinach dip and chips; the spinach dip was cold, and the chips were stuck together. Didn't bother the poor bartender as he looked as tho he was about to cry, so we at out dinner and left him with some words of advice: Get another job.
Update: Decided to go back a few days ago, same bartender didn't greet us, we waited at bar for about 10 minutes, Decided to leave....we will never return to this location
I did an uber eats order and asked for NO jalapeño or guacamole. They decided to add it anyways despite it saying to add none. You have no system to check ordered vs the receipt? Your workers in the kitchen not capable of reading them? I paid for extra queso, cheese and sour cream. I have more guacamole than sour cream and queso. I have ordered so many times from here but never again.
Excellent service, ok food. Very welcoming and homey. I’m sure I’ll be back. I should have got the chicken alfredo not the bowl.
Went as a party of 8, plenty of seating, they weren't that busy and got seated almost immediately. Ordered appetizers and meals. Mozzarella sticks were good, probably the best thing we ate during our visit. Drink order didn't come, when we asked, the server said they were out and suggested an alternate, it finally came. Took a while for us to get our food, tables arriving after us got their meals and were checking out before we got ours. Unsure why but the salad was extremely watery. We love broccoli so almost the entire table got it as a side, it was not good, tasted old, and kids said it tasted like it was rotten. Ordered a steak, rare, it came out well done!
My restroom visit was interrupted by someone opening my stall door even though I locked it, lock was not working. Toilet water leaked from the top of the toilet, trash everywhere, and the bathroom smelt of sewage.
Haven't been to Applebee's in a while. I hope this was an isolated incident however I get the feeling it was not.
This is the first time in years we go to Apple 沒, got a gift certificate for Christmas, didn't expect a lot. The food was surprisingly good this time, the waitress suggested us the lunch menu, 2 entree + 1 appitizer for $30.00. All three things taste good and generous portion, will go back again
We went here for a quick and easy meal and it turned into a almost 2 hour wait. It took us an hour to get our drinks. When we ordered, the server told us not to order what we wanted. Then, when we ordered, we waited an extra 30-45 minutes. We finally asked the server what the hell was taking so long and if they had an estimate wait time for the food, and she replied that they had to “defrost the chicken” (our appetizer did not even have chicken in it). We saw other people who came in after us getting their food at reasonable times, so we just decided to leave. If you don’t have chicken out, you should make that discretionary at the beginning of us ordering it. If it’s busy (we went at like 9-10pm, it wasn’t that busy), you should tell the customer ahead of time so they don’t have to sit and wonder why they aren’t being taken care of. Overall, this visit was very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this Applebees.
TERRIBLE! When my guest and I walked in a lady that was wearing a rag on her head, wearing a jean skirt looking like she need to be at home was going back and forth with the bartender on who’s table available for us to sit at. My opinion they both looked like they didn’t wanna be bothered with us I was tempted to walk but my guest wanted to see how good the food was. The lady that just finished doing an interview came and sat us down at a beat up, dirty booth. So we sat ourselves at a different booth. Bartender brought our drinks with some dirty straw tips looking like it’s been in her pocket too long. Ordered our food and I truly believe we waited too long cause the restaurant was not packed at all. Bartender was talking across the room being very loud. When the bartender brought our food out the bread ???? fell off my plate and I got so aggravated but didn’t say nothing, she went back and got me another one and went back talking loud to her buddies. My food was not good definitely on the warm side instead of it being HOT like it suppose to be I didn’t even finish it my guest was not happy about hers so it was time to go.

We were the first customers when they opened at 11am. The table and booth seat were dirty. Table was sticky and had food crumbs on it. The booth seat had food in the bend. The bathroom was filthy.The floors throughout the resturant was dirty with sticky spots.The waitress didn't keep our drinks filled. Then she also mixed up our burgers. That on top of that was crunchy burnt. I definitely won't be visiting here again. So disappointed.
